Placed an Uber eats order at 8:40pm. Got a call at 9:00pm saying they won’t be cooking my food because they already started closing. They close at 11:00 pm. These low lives are in fact low lives. Simple ass job that they refuse to do.

I feel like a lot of people forgot KFC is real food, not some fried goo like some places and that it can take a while to get it. Depending on how busy the drive-thru is and if they get slammed. The staff is human, not some NPCs in a video game. I feel like a lot of people forgot that. People make mistakes. I come here a lot with my son and the food is always so yummy. I usually leave this place feeling happier because of the good food and the friendly service. The only time I leave sad is when other customers are rude for no reason. Like giving the front cashier a hard time because they don't have pepper or it took some extra time for them to get special ordered "fresh food."

Place is NASTY. The soda wasn't sweet, the chicken was soggy and had white fat hanging off, and the coleslaw was sour. Had I not gotten this at the drive through and brought it home 20 min away I would have demanded my $ back. This is the second time in 6 most. There won't be a third

The person behind the counter, couldn't get 3 orders right, and a woman working there come and accused my son of eating the whole box of food and it came in a bag, he took the tacos back to the counter and told him that he has ordered the cheesey street chalupa.

Slowest KFC/Taco Bell. As soon as you pay in the drive thru they ask you to along with other cars that were before me to play with their drive thru wait numbers. Sat in the parking lost in the rain for over 5 minutes while an employee was finally sent out in a lightning storm to bring the food.
I have stopped at this KFC location several times over the last several years.
The last 3 times they messed up the order!
This visit I wanted a breast for someone at home Who only eats the breasts when we get fried chicken. Today I asked specifically for a breast and a leg and then added two biscuits and a pint of coleslaw… They gave me a thigh instead of a breast. The thigh smelled and tasted like it had gone “bad” and I couldn’t eat it!
The last two trips they messed up the order too! I will never go to this location again even though it is the closest to my home!

Be careful ordering online! They will take your payment and accept your order, even email you telling you its ready then the store will be closed when you go to pick it up! Terrible customer service when trying to get a refund! When they finally agree to refund your money you have to wait a week to ge it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
The guy with the weird glasses deserves to be fired after how he treated a valuable customer and the bigger lady pictured below was very rude too
