Terrible service and food !! I will not be coming back ! I spend $21.00 on 2 chicken breast meals , when I got home and open my food it was not a chicken breast chicken thigh instead of a breast and my French fries were rock hard and cold. What a waste of money !! I ordered three the drive thru and when I looked in my bag they forgot my 2nd meal ! I had to go in to get my meal !! Terrible Terrible service and high priced for cold and hard food! So sad this LFC use to rock ! Not no more ?

I ordered online and I was 30 min early and my food was sitting there waiting for me. Why was it made so early?Food was cold when I got it home legs were dry and inedible ,breading was gross and soggy and the legs where so small!!!! They where the size of Buffalo wings. The puddle of grease in the bottom of the bucket was disgusting!$50 for family of 3 with the quality of food for what I received I will NEVER go back .

DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE. It is filthy and the staff is horrible. They messed up our order. Luckily we did not drive away and we checked it. Then when we asked to fix it the manager was rude and acted like it was our fault. This is not our first issue but it is the one that pushed us over the edge. We will never go back. Disgusting!

KFC - Made it right and lived up to their reputation after I had an issue with a large incorrect order. They fixed everything demonstrating how much pride they put into customer service.Parking: Don't go there!

This location has not improved at all over the last few years. Always out of something. Usually the pot pies are not ready, if they have them. Customer service is nonexistent. The served product is usually incorrect and always inconsistent. The last time my chicken wings were the size of my thumb. And....for 2 people the ticket was almost 30.00! Really? NEVER AGAIN. I will shout out "Pox on the Colonel".

I was there at 930pm took me nearly 30 minutes to get my food. The food from the Taco Bell side was good the bucket of chicken was the worst bucket of chicken that I have ever had in my 52 years of being a KFC client. It was cold, stale and they even mixed some original recipe with my extra crispy chicken bucket that I ordered. Absolutely positively horrendous had to throw it away. Was literally inedible. Wow

Manager said on a 4 piece chicken strip that I was only allowed 2 sauces . Not to mention the clerk checking me out was rude! And I was so mad I forgot my drink. No wonder McDonald's had all the customers and the long lines. This one KFC sucks

Horrible. Ordered 4 piexe given 3 pieces. Management was not supportive. Ask us to drive 5 miles back for 1 piece. I ask to have meal replaced later. I was to ill to return. Chris the manager refused. This is bad. I am ill & can not eat the 3 pieces they put in the bag. It is bad they made an error & want me to pay for it.Dietary restrictions: Soft food only

The inside is very dirty especially the bathrooms. Also drive thru isn’t any better because there’s items on the board they don’t sell. The food is always cold or lukewarm and most times I’m missing items because they don’t double check the bag.

I have ordered vegetarian food in store with Tacobell as the store is a combined KFC TB. They gave me a whole wrong order with all meat in it. I wonder how they can mess up when ordering in person too. I talked with them and had to go all the way back to restaurant to pick up my original order and waste of time for 40 mins. During all this process i never heard one time that they are sorry about messing my order.

I’ve been here twice now - once for Taco Bell and once for KFC. Both times there was an extremely nasty floor mat in front of the drink machine. It was so nasty the 2nd time that debris from it stuck to my shoes and I tracked it on the tile of my home. First visit was TB - it took nearly 15 minutes to get an order for 2 people. Drive through took complete precedence. If you were in the, you waited. 2nd visit was KFC. Order was delivered much more quickly, but I ordered crispy and received original recipe. Young lady at front counter stated that she didn’t know the difference. As is too often the case, on both visits, if visible employees weren’t directly assisting a customer, you could see them on their phones. This is obviously not a high paying job, but everyone there knew and agreed to the wages when they signed on. I will drive further not to have to deal with the nastiness and poor service at this location again.
