I thought it was going to be a regular kfc. The tenderse seré small and burnt, we asked for a large Sprite and they gave us a medium, the fríes werent even full and the Biscuts were even smaller. We paid 26.82 and it felt like a scam.

Not a big fan of this kfc because the Customer service is never good, but surprisingly a gentleman on the mic named Julian was extremely kind and respectful ! Only five stars because of him Hopefully he’s a manager If not, make him one !

Went to KFC on 12-3-24. I told them I wanted 12p Chicken and two spicy chicken sandwich. They mess up my order .They gave instead was chicken nuggets and 2 spicy chicken sandwich. Definitely not going here anymore. Next time I'll go to the one in Riverview at US 301😡

My order was for 7:40 but it wasn't ready until 8:05. Some people who work there don't know how to deal with the public and they ignore you as if you weren't there. The food is VERY good but they need to improve their service to the public.

Chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for an hour and the Mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked too much and was scraped from the corners of the bin. Would not recommend going here or to any KFC. Just don’t waste your money

Today the service has been terrible, the last few times the chicken tender has been very salty and very dark, apparently they don't change the oil but today's was burnt, it's really a lack of respect, if I had been in the place, I would not have accepted it in any way, they have convinced me not to return.

It’s been a few times I come to this kfc and they never work the drive thru, it is an inconvenience for parents and disabled to go find parking get out and have to stand in line.

I take 30 minutes lunch breaks to go to the drice thru cashier saying "oh, my system is down can you pull to the inside store" i see two cars in the drive thru front of me. I asked 'why i see two other cars front of me' she refused to asnwered my question and wants me to go inside to waste my time of their poor service inside of the store, she's either lazy or doesn't wanna work. This isn't the first time she pull the same bullshit. This was the 3rd time and im getting impatience with that women.

The protocol in drive thru it’s horrible and the actitudes of the employee is a big 0,and don’t bring the receipt to the customers it’s suppose you are friendly to the customers suggesting other meals to the customers to come back to the store and actually that’s customers talk very god to the store to other people to come and have more sales.this it’s a very poor experience in this store in drive thru,remembering employees some times your districts managers come to the drive thru for listening your protocol?????????
