I waited 20 minutes to place order in drive threw. To wait almost 30 minutes to get the food. 20 minutes home . To find a family bucket had all legs and wings !!! No go in my house. I called spoke to manager diantie he said come back for a refund next day. Went back next day, manager on duty that day said no we don't do that. Said regional manager would call me . No she didn't. Called corporate office I was so pissed about this problem that happened. Not 1 time did anyone say sorry for the mistake. 3 weeks later NOTHING done. Do not go to this KFC they suck all the way around. I give them -100 Google stars

Girl at the front counter at 2:00 couldn't even speak when I said hello acted like she was annoyed to take my order. It is your job to wait on the customers if you hate your job that much get another job. Never will go back!!

I thought it was going to be a regular kfc. The tenderse seré small and burnt, we asked for a large Sprite and they gave us a medium, the fríes werent even full and the Biscuts were even smaller. We paid 26.82 and it felt like a scam.

Went to KFC on 12-3-24. I told them I wanted 12p Chicken and two spicy chicken sandwich. They mess up my order .They gave instead was chicken nuggets and 2 spicy chicken sandwich. Definitely not going here anymore. Next time I'll go to the one in Riverview at US 301😡
My order was for 7:40 but it wasn't ready until 8:05. Some people who work there don't know how to deal with the public and they ignore you as if you weren't there. The food is VERY good but they need to improve their service to the public.

Chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for an hour and the Mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked too much and was scraped from the corners of the bin. Would not recommend going here or to any KFC. Just don’t waste your money

Today the service has been terrible, the last few times the chicken tender has been very salty and very dark, apparently they don't change the oil but today's was burnt, it's really a lack of respect, if I had been in the place, I would not have accepted it in any way, they have convinced me not to return.
