I got apple pie poppers and they were cold and the bag they were in was cold like do these come out fridge if so no worries but I need refund This place so bad they cut phone off because of so many complaints

The employees and managers were very nice and the store was busy and they took our orders and they never missed a beat thank you for an amazing service and the hard work that y’all put in. The store was very clean and so was the restrooms and I was so surprised that the trash cans wasn’t over flowing like the other KFC that we had went too in Saint Pete. I want to thank the Tampa store for an outstanding service

Don't stop keep going because you will be highly upset as I was and I will never return back to this location ever!!! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I've been to this location numerous of times and was never denied a simple bathroom request. As a paying customer requesting to use the bathroom and you lie and say it's broken after seeing someone use it is just disgusting and INHUMANE. This store is so screwed up from the managers to the employees. Whoever is running this store needs serious help. It won't be here too longer. Kudos to that!

The MANAGER is VERY rude as I walked in she was arguing with almost every customer then I get too the counter they tell me my order can’t even Be taken I’m a Customer with NO CAR and She told us too use the drive through instead of just cashing me out in the drive through

Today I came at 9:20 in the evening to receive my order via Uber and there was a very rude and impolite employee. It was written in the description via normalization to receive after 8 pm only via the car lane and I did the same and this impolite employee was shouting and saying I will not give you the order through the window and I explained to her what was written in the application and she only responded rudely and said I do not care about that come and take the order from inside (I do not recommend this experience)

Austin was fantastic. I had a order that was messed up a few days ago i addressed it to him and he handled it head on. Atmosphere was quiet and warmy. Gus was also amazing as soon as i came in he was willingly helping and at my despense. I will be back.

I drove to the speaker at the drive-thru, there was a rude, obnoxious worker at the speaker. She was very impatient and unprofessional. I do not recommend this location to anyone. She needs mental help. I ended up going to the Town N Country location. The lady over there was so much better and pleasant to speak to. Do not stop at the 3202 Hillsborough Ave location!!! You will not get professional service. Go to town N country and speak to Gabriela, she will assist you professionally.

I ordered a bogo 3 piece meal with a sweet tea and received a tiny chicken sandwich and a kfc bowl with unsweetened tea. When I called to share my grievance it went straight to voicemail I’m a spam of hours. They’re not even attempting to provide a quality experience. Guess it goes with the times.
