I went again today 4/3/18and as much as I love chicken and I am disappointed because they give me the wrong food take a long time

I live and own a business in the neighborhood. I was on the phone next to the door. I didn't want to enter this establishment talking loudly on the phone. When I finished i turned to open the door. It was closed. 9:03. I knocked to let me in. They said they were closed. I said I was just outside the door before it closed. Please I'm hungry. Let me order and I'll leave.
