Pulled up to the drive thru and were immediately told “come inside” with an attitude, my partner and I stared at eachother in disbelief and laughed. Before we can pull off she says “COME INSIDE, PLEASE” again— this seems to be a common issue. Don’t know what is wrong with your “workers”, I literally just wanted a thing of biscuits.

Lady at the window said she cant take orders at drive through because she's the only one working ...what kind of workers is that ...lazy?...horrible customer service .is this the way u handle customers?
Big KFC fan and the one close to me closed so we went to this one!! Got the $17.99 meal for two with my daughter and grandson and it was delicious!! The sandwich was huge and cooked perfectly! Devoured by all!

Smh it’s 8 o clock and you don’t have chicken littles?? That’s just terrible and I heard the guy complain when I came in because he had another customer.. quit your job if you don’t like where you work. KFC GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went here last night and I asked for the 5.99 deal with the mash potatoes got that order right but my mom wanted the same one and instead of getting that they gave her the number 1 and was supposed to give her the 5.99 & we were willing to pay for the up charge to ! And I got my kids the kids meals which were good . My mom wanted potato wedges with her order and they say they didn’t have any and she seen them with some giving someone else some . They overcharged me for my food then they said they couldn’t give me a refund or another item to amount up with what they charged me with . Went to the drink station it had soda and mud mark still wet all over the station and was flooded . I just don’t understand how you over charge someone and don’t want to give them the proper items they paid for . The manager didnt want to give me the number to corporate so I did eventually call them and let them know because this is unacceptable. We are in the middle of a pandemic and families are trying to feed there children and you over charge me and didn’t want to give me my money back . Well atleast the money you overcharged me for I stated multiple times .

The absolute worst service starting from the telecom at the menu in the drive thru I asked one question and the woman who works the 8 PM shift on Halloween night was literally barking orders at me to look at the menu when I asked one simple question about a modification IF it could be done the disrespect after she rushed me speaking so fast she should work at an AUCTION as if I was taking too long to order REALLYY did not sit well with me. Please hire new people who aren’t mad at the world for where they work and let those rude employees with no impulse control work somewhere like Dollar General, or at a gas station she was unprovokingly rude and very curt!! I didn’t even wanna spend my money there while she was on the shift. Find someone else to work in our community who are willing to serve people fast food with great customer service as she gets paid to do… Highly Disappointed.

If I can give 0 I would. Store closes in exactly 2 hours and the second I walked in there’s a line of about 4 people and the lady is yelling that there’s no more chicken. “WE HAVE NO CHICKEN” Not even just inconvenient, but disrespectful as hell too. Usually do the drive thru but today I went inside and was instantly reminded not to go back again. LOL.

This place is run by children. Playing games at the speaker. I didn't even bother finishing an order.
I pulled up in the drive thru. It has been a while since o have been there so I asked them if they stilled had the boxes they used to do with multiple items. They said no. I said ok then let me look at the menu real quick. The response was “can you come inside to look at the menu as you are on a timer” I said what? And he repeated it again. I get that you try to move your drive thru along and might have some goal tied to it but I literally had not been there more than 15 seconds when I was told that. So you might have a quick drive thru goal but I bet you also have a revenue goal to have people buy things from you. I left. It was very rude and there was zero customer service on that interaction. So what you can’t even look at the menu now? Wow! Cause you are on a timer. 10/8/25 7:55ish pm if you care to see who told me that.

Store is clean but the service is terrible, you stand at the counter for too long, even a crew saw you they don’t care and pretend you don’t exist. The chicken i got taste like old moldy oil! Do better people!

Honestly I don’t know what’s wrong with the people at the drive thru. Not everyone eat JFC daily so taking a moment to figure out your order is normal. If you ask for a moment to look at the menu. They will tell you to come inside instead… it makes no sense. It does not hurt you to be patient, there was no one on the line behind me and it was pretty unprofessional. Honestly idiotic as well. lol

pulled up to the drive thru for lunch at 1pm and was told to “come inside, thank you.” I pulled off and went somewhere else because what customer service is that? It actually made me laugh because of how poor the experience was
