I did drive thru so I don’t know the inside. But the food was warm, everything was packed properly, nothing was missing and the customer service was great. They even asked me if I wanted sauces or ketchup and if I needed extra napkins. That’s how it should be but that’s not how it is everywhere anymore.

They didn't give me the proper order, I ordered 5pcs chicken tenders big box, they gave me the proper sides, but gave me bone-in chicken instead of chicken tenders, they need to develop better listening skills.

The service was very bad, my takeout order was the family combo, with 12 pieces of chicken, 2 mashed potatoes and one salad, I paid for the 12 pieces, my mistake was not checking before leaving the place, because when I got home I only had 8 pieces of chicken, although I had everything else. I am very unhappy. I recommend that you check your order before leaving the place.

I'm always courteous to customer service staff since I worked a customer service job for 15 years, and I know first hand how difficult it is. Unfortunately, it was wasted on the incredibly and needlessly rude service staff at this location, who were aggressively condescending to me completely unprompted. I didn't say or do anything unusual, just asked about the orders, and there was nothing in my tone or anything, but the cashier decided I was the one to bully today for some reason. I gave my usual 'thank you!' when receiving the food even though it was after the cashier was extremely rude to me, and the person who plopped the bag on the counter just stared at me like for a second like I was an idiot before walking away. I'm very disappointed in the people working at this location, and I will be praying for them. It's unfortunate that this location is the one conveniently located near my mom's house, since my mom loves KFC.
TL;DR - don't waste your time coming here; respect yourself. The staff here most certainly do not respect you, and I certainly wouldn't want people like that to be serving me food.

My visit wasn't terrible. Hubby and I took our food to go as there was a table with children and they were very noisy and unruly. The service was great the staff were very kind and accommodating. The food was still hot upon arriving at home we were walking. Also the food was cooked through and tasted great. We will be repeat customers in the future.

If I could rate this KFC a zero, I would. Me and my family were the only customers they had & while placing my order, the lady was very RUDE. I drove to the window and asked for a Manager. They said there were 3 there, all 3 walked up and 1 of them literally said “Speak” while giving me a very nasty look. To the owner of this KFC: Worst staff ever! The Managers obviously set the tone for the entire staff and should be Terminated and at the very least properly trained in Customer Service. I never leave reviews, but again, this horrible customer service was to the extreme & deserves a Zero Star Review. Needless to say, we did not place an order and will Never visit that Tampa location ever again…Telling everyone I know about this Rude, Nasty, very Unprofessional Management Team!

We where the only ones there. We asked a couple of questions and they where like " really. OH God. " AT THAT POINT WE CANCELED OUR $45 order and went to Popeyes. Never go there again. Popeyes here I come. They don't care about making money or staying in business.
