I wanted 4 extra crispy thighs, but they only had 2 and she offered me original for other 2. Service was great, the extra crispy thighs were great, but the original thighs were SOOOO OLD!!!! I barely eat meat and this was a cheat night for me. Why would you serve me chicken that is so incredibly old? It was so rubbery and disgusting. You should know better than to serve a customer chicken that has been sitting for a long period of time. Ugh. Now I know why I stopped eating meat. Never again.

It would be nice if I'm told no breasts left and at least add 2 more wings or give me a choice. I could see breast just maybe not original recipie. Idk I did order at 8:53 maybe stop online orders at 8:30 idk very disappointed. No wonder young lady asked twice if it was for me. Smh.

I'm not surprised by all the bad reviews and the nasty attitudes from the Lady behind the counter on Tuesday, I was going to sit down and eat after I used the restroom but the nasty attitude convinced me that I should leave immediately before I ended up having to physically defend myself. Next time I'll try a KFC far away from this one on Florida avenue.

The last thing I need after a long 9.5 hour day is for the drive through lady to have an attitude from the jump. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. She asked me what sides I want. I was looking at the menu for the sides when she blurts out with an attitude, "WHAT SIDES DO YOU WANT." I haven't been to KFC in a while, and this reminded me why.
