Me on my lunch break no one greeted me waited 5 to 10 minutes before they recognize me and on top of that there was another guy waiting. They took his order instead of taking mine very unprofessional. The lobby is dirty the rudest people ever I don’t know why this location is even open judge about the parking lot. I can understand why no one comes here. They are so rude and so unprofessional I will never come back here….

We bought some sandwiches and chicken with fries. The sandwiches were disgusting. They had them sitting under a lamp or a warmer. They were not fresh. It was nasty. The chicken wasn't bad my husband enjoyed that so I give two stars. I understand it's fast food but you can still make it hot and fresh.

Bought 2 piece dinners for $5. Have been getting them, both my husband and I laughed the thigh was so small 3 bits gone and the leg hardly any meat. Looks like it came from a parakeet. Plus the breading was extremely dark. Always like KFC. Was this a bad day or are they screwing the customers

Avoid this location at all cost. Not only do they give you cold food, incomplete orders, but also when you call to complain, they give you a lecture over the phone, they refuse to give you the managers or anybody's name, and after bitting your head off over the phone, they won't help you with the issue at hand.

If there was a negative rating scale for customer service, this location will be rated -1000 stars by me after the experience I just went through. This was not even close to customer service in any sense of the word.

Run away from this place like he had the plague!!!!

Took my order in the drive-through. I paid for my order, and then they told me they ran out of chicken. It was 45 minutes prior to close, and they said they would not be making more. They did offer a refund and said they had chicken bites, which were fine but It reminded me why I haven't been to KFC in awhile.

Kept refusing my order to my delivery drivers until they closed at 10PM. Honestly kinda thankful because I got a refund AND and extra credit, so I got Chinese food instead.
Honestly, your bad service got me even better food at a discounted rate, so I’m changing my 1 star review to a 2 star because I’m thankful lol
