everytime me and my mom come here it always takes forever for them to one take our order and give us the food we have to pull the the front just to get our food they never have anything prepared but barely have any people there i wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry

I had to delete my 5 star rating to leave this review. I pulled up to the drive thru at 715pm on Thursday. I just got off work and I'm extremely tired. I said can you give me a second to look over the menu. The man that answered said "one". I ignored him, and then a woman said "one" Then they started to have a conversation with themselves talking about its been about 5 seconds now. I cant even look at the menu because they kept talking. It wasn't funny but they just wouldn't stop. First off I don't buy food from places that aren't professional. If you will do all that comedy mess before I even ordered my food. I don't trust you to prepare my food. Second it wasn't funny, nor was it the time for that. I was not in the mood, and after I ignored the first attempt at comedy, they should've left it alone. Instead they kept it going. Its unprofessional if a customer says can you give me a second, and you respond by saying "one" ,You're being passive aggressive and thats not okay. That's why nobody goes to this KFC. It's the unprofessional employees! Just take orders no one asked for your comedy and that joke is old, tired, unprofessional and it's you trying to be low key cute and it wasn't. I didn't even order because I was about to act up and I don't want food from places that i lose my cool with. THAT'S WHY I DROVE OFF WITHOUT ORDERING! PROFESSIONALISM GOES ALONG WAY! I will never return. Dont go here if you want to be treated like your money matters. Go somewhere that will treat you like a paying customer. I went right up the street to Popeyes and I received great service. The first thing the girl said at Popeyes was "Can you take a second to look over the menu. " I immediately knew I picked the right place.

It's like a game show where the employees are trying to give you the worse service and food so you won't come back. They are an embarrassment to Tampa and I feel sorry for any tourist that visits and get s them as a first impression. Just go to the grocery store and make a sandwich if you don't want to fight for a 6 piece. Zekos next door is pretty good though.

Its ridiculous the attitudes. The store is allways closing early. 2nite they closed said they were outta product. And it's constant. This stores a joke. When u do catch them open the foods dry old oily and your orders never right.

Only reason I put a 3 for the food is I ordered the five-dollar special which really should be one piece of chicken I've gone here multiple times I spoke with a young lady that was working there seemed like the manager and I mentioned to her last time the extra piece of chicken on the five-dollar meal it was very small basically like a chicken leg and I don't know how other people handle customer service but if it was me the second time that I went back and mentioned it I would have just given a normal piece of chicken to somebody I don't think it's going to cost KFC maybe I don't know two pennies but anyway is the KFC on East Busch Boulevard they were very nice very accommodating the place is very clean it's just all disappointed with what I got for my money for three dollars more I could have gotten the three-piece meal and been more than happy KFC I've been eating it for years that's very good just I wouldn't recommend that $5 meal that they have

Horrible, horrible costumer service. When I pulled up into the drive thru I was asked what I wanted. I told them one second as I look at the menu because I have not been to KFC in forever. There was absolutely no one in line behind me in the drive thru either and not even 1 min later I was asked what I wanted again. I told her please one more second and she says “well you can come inside if you don’t know what you want” she also proceeded to say they’re on a time limit. I was not even in like for 2 minutes!!! When I’m pretty sure the owner would much rather someone spend money than worry about how long they’re in line for. I see why I don’t come to KFC in the first place.
