I ordered some chicken tenders and they were extra spicy due to the amount of pepper, they changed them for two pieces of chicken that were salty and somewhat raw, the mashed potatoes were tasteless, I don't know why these restaurants have lowered their quality. Food quality is so bad fries soaked in old oil chicken salty and soaked in old oil too. I just spent 62 dollars and my perception after trying this food is that I’ve thrown away my money, I wish could have the time and the determination to go back and get a refund and bring it back

This is the worse KFC ever. They never have extra crispy chicken breast. There's always a different excuse. Poor management. I'm never coming to this one ever again. I went to the one on Ehrlich and they're the opposite of this one on dale mabry and waters. And they have a taco bell to deal with as well. Smh. Just close down the one on dale mabry. Yall suck!!!!
