I went there Tuesday night 2/27/24 at 8:05 pm the place closes at 10 pm and they were sold out no chicken.. amazing..

Arrived to the drive thru last night 2/27/24 at 9pm and the lady told me the entire restaurant was sold out. I have never heard of a KFC being sold out of everything. I even asked "even a side of mash potatoes?" And she said "yes." That is unacceptable.

manager you need 2 step up, your game , this place was dirty wen i came in , also employee frying chicken with no gloves on , flour all on the floor , other workers walking over it. no gloves on. lobby tables dirty floors dirty trash cans full.

KFC is the absolutely worst managed company I've ever dealt with. Orders take two to three times as long as any other restaurant. The prices are absurdly high. The food is barely okay. They consistently get orders wrong, though always in their favor. I had quit using them, but can't drive right now so I tried again. As usual, the driver got lost, so the food was cold, and then they forgot the fries. This for nearly $50! How they stay in business is beyond me.

Literally Gnats and dead sugar ants in my drink.. It’s beyond disgusting. I think code enforcement needs to pay them a visit.

So stop to get KFC and when ordering the worker is complaining about needing to drop fresh chicken due to being out.The other drive thru employee standing around. Not helping on anything.No team work. Seem all the work was left on the guy taking our order.Then I told them that the sweet tea is sour and I get a answer No that is how it is.So we'll let's hope the food is good. It will be fresh.If you crave that good ol chicken ? plz find another location.

There have been a handful of times in my life where I felt like things were out of control and at the moment I kind of needed it. Someone was really kind and provided really great food service, so you just eat something and go about the rest of my day. This KFC is one of those places where the guys are so cool and collected and so kind makes you feel like you matter is really just a great example of how one person’s attitude can change your entire day. Great chicken, cool people. 10/10

After avoiding this place for years due to terrible chicken I saw that it was renovated and gave it a try. Great service and great fried chicken caught me by surprise, it took 2 buckets just for the chicken, the pieces were huge. Just 2-3 weeks later when I went back for the same order, the whole order only filled part of one bucket. The great service had vanished and the chicken was tiny and unappetizing. Right back to the way it was before, a bitter disappointment that you would do well to avoid. In this location, the Colonel has been demoted to Private. Move along, nothing to see here.
