It's called Kojak's House of Ribs, so of course I had to sample! Did the three meat plate to try a bit of everything. The ribs were fantastic, the pork was really good as well! I wasn't crazy about the brisket mix, but it didn't take away from the rest! The Mac and cheese is very unique, a must try for sure! You order at the counter and get your own sauce, utensils, etc. I usually don't go for dessert but as I was with friends we ordered two and shared - the apple pie is great, but the chocolate cake is killer! Fairly simple, no frills... I will be back!

Been coming here about every other week since I found it. Great menu, good prices, the ribs are the best I've had in a long time, the pulled pork is juicy and delicious, the beef brisket is smokey and super tender.Their vegetables and desserts are also fantastic.

Fantastic flavor! We had the ribs, parsley potatoes and macaroni and cheese. All were excellent, and they have a nice selection of tasty barbecue sauces. Even the corn bread was excellent. Service is great; the staff are friendly and very helpful. The environment is southern, informal and engaging. We will be back for sure.Parking: Lots of parking next to the restaurant and even in the adjoining shopping plaza.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of tables with high-chairs.

The dining experience at Kojak's fell short of expectations, given its reputation as a family-owned and operated establishment. While the ribs were cooked to perfection, they lacked the anticipated depth of flavor and any discernible smokiness or seasoning. Similarly, the chicken was bland and uninspired. The chopped brisket was another disappointment, proving to be excessively chewy and dry, relying heavily on sauce for any semblance of taste. The beans appeared to be straight from a can, devoid of any discernible enhancements or unique flavors.Although the potato salad, collards, and corn muffins were commendable, they could not compensate for the underwhelming performance of the core barbecue offeringsThe apple cake fell short on the very small piece for the money, tasted good, but was nothing remarkable as I was led to believe. For a barbecue establishment to thrive in this competitive market, it is imperative that the ribs, brisket, and chicken take center stage and deliver an exceptional culinary experience. In order to ensure long-term success, Kojak's must elevate the flavors and overall quality of their barbecue offerings to meet the demands of discerning customers seeking authentic and satisfying barbecue experiences.

Just like the Gandy original location. The quarter chicken was well smoked and flavorful, as was the pulled brisket. Good selection of sides. Fast service. Wholesome family atmosphere. Unassuming Seffner location, but worth the trip.

I am hooked on their BBQ ribs and chicken it's like no other. The parsnip potatoes are also my favorite for their sides. It's a hidden gem, reasonably priced and quick when you order. Great

The staff is incredibly friendly, the price was decent. My partner got the rib dinner and I got a side salad.Sensory:The dining room is clean and free from obtrusive smells. There is music but not loud. Overhead florescent lighting.Vegetarian notes:I was very disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options. I don't expect many vegetarian options when I go to a bbq place, but they don't even have a grilled cheese sandwich or anything. :(Vegetarian options: Close to no vegetarian options, unless you want a side salad for dinner. Definitely NO vegan options.Parking: Independent parking
