Made a reservation a week in advance for Christmas dinner and due to the amount of walk-ins, they were telling us, the elderly couple in front of us and the group behind us (that all had a reservation)....that reservations are on hold and it would be a minimum of an hour wait. She (I believe it was a manager at the hostess station) was snarky and dismissive. And when upset bc they really didn't care at all; and as we walked out she just smuggly wished us a happy holidays, shrugging...read full review
