David was AMAZING, first time we have dined at Kona with him being our server and we are regulars. Such a great and attentive server, he went above and beyond for us. I mentioned that I got a promotion and he brought out a desert board for me and then had that taken off of our bill. Any sauces we needed he brought more than what was even asked and honestly such a kind person. We are wishing David the best and we hope to always have him as our server when we dine at Kona in Tampa.

My wife and I went to Kona Grill for Veterans Day. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the service was great and the food was even better. I ordered the seabass and my wife ordered the salmon stuffed crab. It was the best seabass I've ever eaten.

Reservation was at 5pm. Hostess couldn't find reservation in system. Ran out of filet steak after ordering. Replacement strip steak was overcooked. Ran out of green beans after ordering. Dessert was cold instead of warm cake. Service was good otherwise.
