Food and show was good. The initial service was extremely slow and we were waiting a while for the chef to arrive. My salad was drowning in the salad dressing. They kept blasting the happy birthday song with was annoying to other patrons.

Awful experience. My daughter ate here and dropped her glass. The glass broke all over the table and on her lap. The restaurant left the glass on the table and served her dinner. She cut her hand open and was bleeding while trying to clean the glass. They ignored it and never even asked if she was ok. I’m not sure how customers can be treated this way.

I used to go here a lot but it’s gone majorly downhill the last year or so. Just had the worst experience here… undercooked raw shrimp. Inedible. For what they are charging this place is dirty and chaotic. No soap in the bathrooms??? won’t be going back.

Where do I start? Been here several times for hibachi and I've never been disappointed with the food, or the service. The hibachi chefs are always entertaining and seem to really play into the guests they are serving. The portions are huge, I always leave with a take home box.

We had made 7:00pm reservations for Christmas night. We arrived at 6:35 and stood in the line formed at the hostess podium. The guests in front of us weren't approached until 10 minutes after we had gotten there. By this time, the line was out the door. Then we waited at the podium for 20 minutes with no one approaching us. We tried to get the hostess' attention. All staff was definitely hustling. The hostess was waiting tables, assisting the bar and taking care of other tasks. We were finally told after 45 minutes of waiting that they would be right with us.The group behind us had 6:30 reservations and were also left waiting behind us with little consideration to seating them. There was also a large group seated at the bar, waiting for a table who had arrived before us.They were also accepting seating for walk-ins who were told 5-10 minutes, but we're waiting over an hour. After standing for over an hour and listening to callers being told that there would be seats for hibachi available after 7:45, knowing the 6:30 group hadn't been seated yet, we gave up hope and left.We understand short staffing, especially on Christmas, but having a dozen guests with reservations standing for over an hour with little to no acknowledgment left them falling far short of caring for the customer. As mentioned, the staff was all busy. Unfortunately, we had to apologize to our friends and family that we had invited out to dinner with us and we were left scrambling to find another restaurant for our hungry guests on Christmas.

A little bit more mellow and cozy. The service was very good they stayed on top of our drinks all night long. My only small complaint was that I ordered shrimp and steak with extra steak and my wife ordered extra steak and I feel like she got extra steak but I did not get extra steak. The early bird specials are nice as well. Also I don't like mandatory tips unless it's 6 people or more.

I truly feel bad for the owners and the staff at this restaurant. The entitled spoiled brats like Liam and his party of 9 drunk friend upset because their reservation was for 8 but their full party was there set the stage for an uncomfortable experience. When you have your explain how the restaurant policy about seating when trying to us the restroom and the silver spoon whiner is getting hostile with me because we were seated before them because we had our entire party. The fun times continued as the drunken college kids kept pouring in and being served free sake which fueled the entitled punks to be even more disrespectful. To the point that I had to call one of them out for talking shit about the 15 year old boy whose birthday it was. They tried coming outside after we left but 2 out of 3 ran back in when Champ tried flexing and I stepped up to his big man on campus sake fueled tough guy routine and he left with his tail between his legs when his blurred vision cleared up and he realized I wasn't to be tried. The service staff was friendly but miso soup was out and they only had the clear soup which is a beef based broth and we had vegans and pescatarian consumers in our party. The plates were in rough shape and the white rice we requested was also under cooked and they were not going to cook anymore The hibachi and sushi rolls were just okay and the hibachi cook we had wasn't that into it and I'm sure that was from dealing with all of these entitled punks all night. The place definitely wasn't the cleanest and we didn't even bother taken the leftovers. Again I feel bad for the owners and the staff as the location is to close to Mommy and Daddies little spoiled brats who act like punks.
