Overall Krispy Kreme doesn’t taste the same like back in the day. But this particular location, the men working there do whatever they want. They put the HOT sign on but warmed my doughnuts up in the microwave. I tried calling before making a review but no one answers the phone. The other time I got some doughnuts they had a sour taste to them. In conclusion this location is the worst one to visit.

The ladies in this shop (3/2/26 at 10:15a) are the best. I will be back specifically for their positive, upbeat, and friendly attitudes. Awesome ladies, that you don't see in fat food very often. I wish they had a tip jar. Every other establishment has a way to tip, except ones I actually want to tip at.

I’m leaving one star because of the unpleasant experience I had after visiting this store in Tampa. I live about an hour away, and unfortunately this is the closest location to me.
We ordered a mixed dozen, and that one was prepared correctly. We also took advantage of the promotion for the second dozen for $1. However, when we got home and opened the second box, it had a strong, unpleasant smell. After tasting one, it was clear the donuts were old and not fresh at all. We ended up throwing the entire dozen in the trash.
It’s very disappointing to run a promotion like this if the quality isn’t the same, because customers should be able to enjoy what they’re paying for. In our case, it was a wasted dozen and a really bad experience.
