Service at this shop consisted of a rude worker who rushed my wife and I to order and needlessly using an annoyed tone while we tried to ask for doughnuts multiple times until they begrudgingly retrieved them from the display. It was a cold and unpleasant experience when trying to take my wife to the doughnut shop.

Went to get three donuts this morning...I haven't went to a donut store in a long long time. I was actually excited....and then (depressed)when I bit into my cake batter doughnut and then had a dab of filling.... literally a dab...so then I go to my second doughnut a creme filled doughnut....AGAIN ONLY A DAB. At $2.59 a doughnut? Really!! If you get a creamed filled doughnut it should have cream in the doughnut. Never again!!!
Krispy Kreme ® is famous for turning on the neon sign "HOT NOW" when the donuts come out hot and fresh. I chose indoor dining over drive thru or outdoors to look at all my options, including some chocolate iced with custard filling and chocolate iced with special Kreme ® filling, blueberry cake donuts, cinnamon rolls, cake batter style, and of course minis. The friendly employee told me that the most popular is the plain glazed donut, so I tried that with milk instead of coffee or juice. yummmy! I am disappointed to find no low sugar or sugar free or gluten free versions. The seating indoors and outdoors are accessible, and I chose inside because outdoors is uncovered and butts up to busy busy Kennedy Ave. Drive thru menu and indoor menu are readable. Wheel chair access restroom with grab bar. Wheel chair access van parking space in free parking lot with no other stores.

How can Krispy Kreme not have hot doughnuts at 8 pm at night? We go to pick up a mobile order and the place is dark. It looked like it was closed. No lights at all on behind the store where you order. We pull to the window and a guy with a disgusted look on his face handed me 2 boxes of ice cold day old doughnuts. No greeting....nothing. Had the same experience from a woman there a few months ago. Judging by how many bad reviews this place gets the owner must not care. Doughnuts were stiff and cold.
