They are half the size they used to be, at double the price and don’t even taste fresh anymore. Can’t go in the lobby, since all the locations seem to be Drive-through anymore. $16 for a dozen mini stale donuts is my last straw. And how are the donuts STALE and dried out at 8am?? The whole Krispy Kreme experience is depressing now.

THIS IS THE BEST TREAT EVER! I just went here to get a donut and I didn’t expect it to be so good.Then I took a bite of the glazed donut and I then jumped up in joy and said “WHOSKIE!”It was like Melted gold in my mouth I then started flying because it was so good

Went to the KRISPY KREME on West Kennedy and would go back again just to see Miss Lily at the drive thru! Loved the St. Patrick’s Day green and frosted donuts!

9:10pm on a Monday night, lights off, nobody around inside, drive thru lights also off but 3 cars parked outside?? Oh and they’re not supposed to be closed until 10pm, take your business elsewhere.

I used to love going to this Krispy Kreme in the morning, I don't know what has happened, but the staff and service are awful. I went through the drive-through this morning to order a dozen donuts to bring to work, and the lady on the intercom did not give me a chance to request any specific donuts. She gave me my total and told me to move forward without asking if I wanted to order anything else. Once I got to the window, the service was no different. They already had the donuts ready as soon as I pulled up which made me think that they had the donuts sitting there at the window all morning and that they did not want to give any assorted donuts out at all. The donuts were also cold. I won't be back for a while if at all. Shameful!
