I rarely get Krispy Kremes but whenever I am close by I have to have to have their donuts
This location really has to work on casting some guest satisfaction expectations. The product quality is always on point. However, the guest experience lacks majorly. If it’s busy, I get that sometimes it’s best to get the guest in and out fast. However, phone etiquette and in-person respect should be the utmost important to keep guest returning. Guest will visit for the product and experience!

Whoever the girl is who worked on April 3rd at 12:40pm is wonderful and awesome. She was extremely welcoming, being as it was my first time at a Krispy Creme shop in my life.Sidenote: It's pretty cool that you can see the donuts being made through the glass in the mini factory.

KK I visited your location on florida ave in tampa 3/28/24 The hot ready sign was on and of course my mouth was watering. Bought a 1/2 dozen glazed that cost $10+dollars. When I opened the box the doughnuts lost there size. I'm like KK what's going on! I'm never going to stop getting doughnuts there the best hands down. But I wasn't impressed by the size lil mini me doughnuts. But they still good for the soul.
Very rude unprofessional staff when I walked into this location the cashier was assisting a group of four after she completed the transaction she turned her back on me did not greet me and walked to the back there was another gentleman up front assisting someone else the fact she did not greet me say anything to me and then ultimately turn her back on me and walked in the back I will never come back
