Tone Has Arrived
My family enjoys the food, but seeing the inside of the restaurant makes you not want anything. There’s a heavyset guy that EVERYTIME I go in there he’s never wearing gloves and he goes back and forth from making food to the register. Please invest some money into fixing the inside, looks like it’s falling apart.
Service was very slow. Only 4 people working in a very HOT store as AC was out. Menu board was not working. I like Krystal and the staff is generally very good and friendly but today was not the day.

Menu not working, online menu isn't the same as in store. Ordered inside. Took 40 min to get a 12 cheese Krystals combo and a burger! Tried to overcharge me 2x... I've never experienced this type of horrible service at any other location but this one. After waiting for my 40 min "fast food" had to ask for my drink and all my food was cold.

Ok went 2yrs ago to give it another shot!. Well the inside menu is still broke from 2 yrs ago. So i asked for the 24 pack of burgers with no mustard and then a #3 which consists of 3 burgers f.f. and drink, i said on that please no cheese and mustard. So i get my food and go to my car because you cant eat inside because the air is broke so its hot as hell inside. When i take a bite of my food there is mustard and cheese! ...like wth. I go inside because i told them they shorted me a burger and a fry. The girl says oh the extra burger is in the 24 pack and she gave me the fries that i was missing. So i count the burgers and sure enough i am still short a burger. So now im pissed off because a 24 pack if burgers with 3 fries plus a #3 came to 68.00!!!! The lady says yea the price went up. So the price went up for crappy food and service. I bet any amount of money i will Never go back to krystals ever again. Im not paying all that money for shit that wasn't right or not working gtfoh....maybe someone needs to make a call to the food inspector because the store was filthy also, and there were no customers so everyone hiding in the back smfh.

The burger was disgusting it didn’t even look like a burger. The meat looked like spam from a can. The employees sucked too and were rude. Don’t ever go here unless you want crap food

The drive thru staff is unbelievably rude. We left due to the horrible service and attitude we received while attempting to place a very simple order and asking for cheese on the burgers. Management should know this was on January 25th, at approximately 4:22pm. Won’t be back.
