I almost never leave reviews on restaurants, but I was pretty disappointed by this place. It had an incredibly long wait time (around 20 minutes for fruit tea + takoyaki) and really odd customer service. Maybe they were new, or understaffed, but everyone in the front seemed lost on how to take an order. And they seemed really behind too. Also, the floor was sticky and the bathrooms weren't well-maintained.I try to be understanding to customer service and restaurants, but this wasn't a great experience.
I haven’t tried their food, but their classic milk tea is AMAZING. The tea has a unique yummy flavor I haven’t tasted at other places. The tapioca pearls are really good as well. Will be coming back!
This place used to look more clean and well maintained. We recently came back to the area and had to leave. Drive Thru takes forever for a hello or order, staff have no customer service, the glass on the doors and around are dirty, needs landscaping, order screen needs work, just terrible experience. Don’t waste your money or
I don't know what happened to this place. This was the go to boba place for my friends and I during college. I'm not sure if the owner changed but the boba is hard as rock and most of the drinks are now watery. They also don't seem to understand sugar level when you ask for 50%, it's like 110% sweeter.I gave it a few shot ordering here thinking it was just a one time mess up because I've loved this place! But every time it disappointed. Not to mention they take forever to make 1 drink even. I ordered a few times on Ubereats and in person (no ice) and they always seem to put ice. I don't know if they don't read or just careless.Anyway after wasting my money a few more times, I finally called it quits in the Tampa location. Hopefully the other locations still hold on to the Kung Fu reputation.
The girl at the window yesterday night with the piercings on her mouth (I forgot her name) was SO sweet! There was an issue with our order not having some items on the menu anymore after ordering through the app and she was so accommodating and helpful. Cant wait to go back!
The Carmel Macchiato Sushi Tea was amazing. Staff was helpful in making a selection. Restaurant was clean and nice. Enjoyed the Beef & Onions Rice Bowl (could have used more meat) but it was tasty.
We waited at the window after paying for drinks at the drive through. The girl who took my order and money walked to her car and left in front of us. The other employee eventually asked why we were waiting and helped us. As someone who has worked in food service for years, I'll never complain but that was an odd experience.
Boys said this place needs a 5⭐️ review for excellent service, friendly staff, delicious ramen and amazing drinks! (I happen to agree and the ladies behind the counter were so helpful with 2 boys having a hard time deciding!)
Great boba. Fun place. Workers are great. If you don't know what you want or getting boba for the first time. This is where you want to go.The food is delicious as well. But it's like the Starbucks of Boba Tea. Just saying.
Waited 25 minutes at the drive-thru window for 3 drinks. We didn’t even order any food. I had to walk in to get my order, and our drinks had chunks of ice in it. They were not blended well at all. When I walked in they told me it was because they had so many orders. You relay that to the customer up front so we know why we’re just stirring at a window after paying for so long. Very poor customer service

I was in town for corporate training. The pork buns and Carmel Mochiato were amazing. I want to say the customer service is outstanding. The store manager was amazing. Carmen had just helped me the day before and the day after recognized me and a welcomed me back by name. I wish other places put an emphasis on service like that. I will be back next time I’m in town
Parking: Easy access
I came to this establishment one evening close to closing time. I went through the drive through and waited to give my order. I waited a couple minutes and said, “Hello?” to no avail. So, I pulled into the parking lot and went inside. There was a young male at the register and a female with the headset. They seemed friendly enough, with smiles on both their faces. The woman with the headset was taking an order at the drive-through. I thought it peculiar that I had trouble hearing her but I left it alone. I decided to try the Piña Colada with mango popping pearls. It was interesting seeing the machine they use to mix the drink. It incorporates the boba/popping pearls throughout the entire cup instead of just at the bottom. I think that’s a great idea! I was blown away with how creamy this drink was. It was so good, I came back a couple days later when I was in the area. I went through the drive-through again. This time, I heard the employee on the intercom. It was a different young lady working that day. I ordered the same drink as the last time and they did not disappoint. Their popping pearls are smaller than most other boba shops and the pearls were creamier too. Definitely going back and I would recommend!
We moved down from NY and had Kung Fu Teas there so we were happy to have it down here too. We always ordered the Oreo milk wow which tasted like an Oreo packed shake. We’ve come to this location twice now, ordering the same drink there, and both times it is basically an expensive cup of milk with a tiny splash of Oreo. It just tastes like plain milk which sucks. We’ll have to get something different so it’s worth the money.
I purchased milk cap add on to both of my drinks. The staff did not add enough of the milk cap like the menu picture showed. I brought the matter to the staff to see if it can be correct. I was told that how they were trained and they should not look like the menu picture. This is bad labeling for Kung fu tea.
manager/owner or whoever is in charge needs to do a better job at hiring more employees or coordinating shifts because the service is awful. 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and another 20 minutes to receive it. don’t blame the employees for the slow service because there’s only two of them max. which they can’t do much about. also the place is almost always missing or out of 3 or more items/ingredients.
