This place its not what you see on instagram, the food was not at the right temperature, and the price too high, we sat outside in the patio on metal benches they’re so hard and uncomfortable your buttstock hurts, flies dont let you eat your meal, also there was at least four dogs outside in the patio and about three little puppies inside, since im not a fan of dogs inside of a restaurant for sanitary reasons i wont comeback again and i don’t recommend it.

LPCX Café is one of the most unique and welcoming spots in the city. The Colombian-inspired menu is delicious, don’t miss the pandebono waffles or the empanadas! The coffee is top quality, and the service is always warm and friendly.
One of the best parts (especially for families) is the atmosphere: there are small chickens and roosters freely walking around the property, which kids absolutely love. There’s even a bird cage with other small birds that adds to the charm and peaceful vibe of the outdoor patio area.
It’s the perfect mix of great food, great coffee, and a cozy environment that feels like a little escape in the middle of Tampa. Highly recommend for brunch, coffee dates, or anyone looking for a fun local spot!

Pictures do not do this place justice. The outside area is amazing, especially for little ones. We have a 1 year old and she loved walking around and seeing the roosters and playing with the other kids! The outside area is so nice, so much amazing shade from big trees and built up decks with coverings, you couldnt even tell it was a hot day outside. Also, there are multiple water features and some of the biggest tv screens you have ever seen, built in speakers in the ground around the area, and best of all for kids there is artificial turf throughout the back area. Cant wait to go back and bring our friends! What a hidden gem!

I recently came here to celebrate my sister’s engagement. The food and atmosphere were amazing, but the service didn’t live up to it. I made a reservation at 11:15 and they gave our table away to someone else, and then made us wait outside. Our server, Javier, was quick with the food, but also made unprofessional comments that really threw us off.
When my brother in law thanked him for covering our food from the rain, he replied, “Don’t worry, I spit in your food by the way.” That kind of comment just isn’t funny at all, it’s uncomfortable and honestly kind of gross. You can joke about other things, but not our food, ESPECIALLY in a restaurant setting. It made things awkward and left a bad impression. He also didn’t check up after we were done eating, we waited for so long and had to ask a different server to bring the check and then he finally came.
This wasn’t my first bad service experience here either. On a past visit, our server barely interacted with us and seemed completely uninterested. I’ve worked in customer service for yrs, so I know what good service looks like. The servers here are young, and I get that, but professionalism still matters, especially in a place with such great food and a nice vibe. It’s disappointing when the service doesn’t reflect that.

Stopped by last minute with my boyfriend and it did not disappoint! We waited for our table to be ready at the mini bar and were greeted with the most amazing service! Shout out to Katy for making our time there so sweet. Her drinks were soooo good. I never finish a drink but hers were so easy! Also she’s so cute!
