My response to your response: 1st know one is hating on your bakery business, there are way more important things in life than pastelas. I am simply stating my experience. I have been a customer since you opened and spent $100 that day alone. You attack all your customers who have bad experiences. You do not act like a business owner at all. A little piece of advice as an actual business owner. Try to resolve problems and not attack customers. If you want to stay in business you should try to please customers not attack them. Also, make sure your employees are paid good and our happy at their job. They perform better and our more pleasant if they are.

Amazing bread and pastries! Real authentic Cuban food. The puertorican bread is tasty and cafecito so good.

Dayana y Suzette are the ultimate professionals! While on the phone a state away, they were patient, heard my concerns and took their time to guide me in getting a 70th Wedding Anniversary Cake ordered. Through texting to their personal numbers I sent ideas, and they worked with it. The event will be in 10 days. I'll update with pictures. I am certain it will be stunning. If the baker and decorators take as much pride in their work as these two ladies, which I have every confidence they will.

I ordered two fruit tarts and there were old and moldy fruits and sour custard. They must verify the products well before selling them because they are not cheap and they are also bad, imagine.

Get your employees to answer the phone and not let customers hanging for over 20 minutes waiting. I have called today 12/18/2024 asking for a cake for my son with a Roblox theme. It was a rude she that answered the phone. I was more than patient waiting on the phone to be served but I hang up knowing she wouldn’t pick it back up after close to 20 minutes waiting. This is unacceptable and will bring your business if you don’t know it to the ground. FYI, this call was made today exactly at 8:30 am. You just lost an order worth more than a $100 dollars easily and more importantly a customer that had been going there for years.

Many years visiting this place and every day more disappointed. The work environment is very tense there and in every review I read bad comments from the girls, but over the years I have seen very good girls working there, attentive and polite, it's just that the poor management at the center turns them off. I read that a girl was expelled for mistreating another in front of the clients and yesterday morning the manager spoke rudely to a girl in front of the clients, is that allowed? We should all stop going to a place where the owners don't value their workers!

When it comes to fast and friendly faces / service they are not it!!! Slow as slow as can be .. no acknowledgement of client .. and workers faces look like they just sucked a lemon .. wow terrible.. burnt guava pastry..
