Service was lacking probably because everyone seemed to disappear for lunch but considering it is a place where customers go to order lunch maybe they should consider taking different hours or shifts to not leave people waiting around for orders. I understand we did order a lot of stuff but still, a half hour wait was a little too much, and there was nobody around to ask for the status of the sandwiches. Smoothies were done first so by the time we got the food, they were gone. Anyway, I was excited to visit this bakery bc of how good the reviews were but I do not know if I would come back based on my experience with service alone. Food was good but not exceptional. Bakery items were better and everything was fresh.
Bought scrambled eggs with ham, salad and an orange juice paid almost 16 dollars. To much money for it. Coffee is 5$

This place has lost the plot. The food quality is sub-zero! If you order a "cuban sandwich" the meat tastes old and/or of poor quality! They press it too much so that the bread is a thin, hard plank of wood. Way over priced for the quality of food and the service. The one girl waited on me and a friend and all the other girls just walk around and act as if, "your not my customer". No smiles, no hellos, no, be right with you in a moment, nothing, nada!Remember the community your serving. This isn't Seminole Heights or Hyde Park!EDIT: Response to owner,There seem to be your problem. Instead of taking people's "opinion" with a grain of salt, why not take them into proper consideration, look into the problem to see if theres something that can be tweaked to make things better. I don't leave a negative review because I'm board. Look at some other reviews. Your standards have slipped.

Terrible service!!!! A few days ago I went to Tampa and because of the fame... I decided to go for some pastries and sweets! Great variety and quality, yes, everything was first class... except the service; There is no attention, I received coldness, disinterest, abuse... They should do something so that that didn't happen!! The clerk Leydi, a blonde girl, pretty but rude, was bothered by everything I asked, not wanting to work and in a hurry to get paid to continue talking about her personal life...There is no respect for the customer!
