Wonderful meal, atmosphere and service. Authentic, the only other place this good is my mom’s. Gal who served us was a tentative and friendly. Mofongo with shrimp, mofongo with crab meat and empanadas.

It was my first time in Tampa, and we were looking for a great Puerto Rican Restaurant to eat at. We were pleasantly surprised to find La Casona. I had made our reservation with Google Assistant (also recommend) and when we arrived our table was ready. The waitress was super nice, the food options were plenty and traditional to the Puerto Rican food we know and love. The food itself was fresh and you can tell they take pride in putting the dishes together. Excellent Presentation....
