Definitely one of the best taco places in Tampa, I had the Asada tacos and chips and salsa the tacos were amazing fresh tortillas, and the meat cooked to perfection Also, the salsa was delicious made with all fresh ingredients as a sous chef myself I was impressed with the quality of the food and the service

We love everything about this place. Everyone is so nice and treats you like a member of their family as soon as you sit down. The food was so good! Served hot and tasted fresh. We got the Birria tacos w consomé of course and a couple arrachera/barbacoa tacos as well. Such a good authentic spot, please support this business, we love them!!!

La Central Tacos is seriously one of the best taco spots in Tampa. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic — you can taste the quality in every bite. The tortillas are warm, the meats are seasoned perfectly, and their salsas add the perfect kick.
The service is just as amazing. Victor made the experience even better — he was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything came out right. You can tell they really care about their customers.

I am so excited this place opened! My family and I went for lunch yesterday. The tacos were cooked perfectly. This will be our new spot!
We tried La Central Tacos tonight and my god. They did not disappoint. We had the chips & guac, arrachera taco, pollo al pastor taco, barbacoa taco, carne asada taco, and the churros. Service was great and love what they’ve done to the old Wu spot. Will def be coming beck here but great little taco shop and hope everyone can support!

Frankly I would be amazed if they can sustain this quality of food at these prices!
The steak taco was phenomenal and the chicken burrito as well. Their chips have a nice crisp compromise between thin and over-cooked. Salsa and guacamole are also great.
I would only say, keep hiring more servers, as you are going to need them!! I live 1.5 blocks away and plan to live up here now as my second home.
