Best fresh homemade donuts in Tampa! Plus great food and fresh pressed orange juice. Not too much room to dine in but with the new area/ remodeling done they do have more room than before.

First time here after reading a review in the Tampa Bay Times. Went for the Cuban sandwich and the fresh squeezed orange juice. So hard to find OJ that tastes like that, Wow! The Cuban was fantastic and it all started with perfect bread. If I had some juice leftover from the cooking of the roast pork in the sandwich that I could have dipped in, now that would have been heaven! Maybe next time!!!

We wanted to try Puerto Rican food and this place didn’t disappoint. We had bacon egg and cheese on sweet bread and ham & cheese on sweet bread as well. We also tried tres de leche cake and it was phenomenal.I had to order an espresso when I saw that they are using Rancilio machine and it was delicious.

This place was very good, I give two stars to the food because the sweets are still good...but they were damaged making the sandwiches, it seems that they have changed the Puerto Rican sanwichero......lately I have been giving them a chance but they have disappointed me Today my takeout order was a ham, cheese and egg sandwich, which by the way I had to pay extra for the egg when I received my order the sandwich only had egg in half of the sandwich half a slice of cheese at least it had double ham ...I will not buy here again...I was disappointed in several purchases.

The "Pan Sobao" is always great, but last Saturday morning (3/23/24) I bought a loaf so eat on our way to Busch Gardens and it was awful. We could not eat it, the bread tasted so bad, it was like "pan de agua" but soft, and tasted bad. It seems like the person making the bread left out ingredients. The bread costs $2.99, we threw it out! So sorry for this.

I called and ordered a sandwich for breakfast. The girl answering the phone had a hard time speaking english which is fine. I was patient. I spoke slow. Ham, turkey, and bacon sandwich. She repeated it back. Asked about toppings. Repeated it all back. I went to pick it up got home and had a soggy bacon only sandwich. I paid 11$ for this bacon sandwich. I wasnt given a receipt showing what my order was. I called immediately and spoke to a man and asked if i should come back or what. He said they would refund me but they were very busy and he would call me back in 10 mins. I waited 2 hrs. I called back and spoke with talia who then told me over and over that i ordered a bacon sandwich and paid for a bacon sandwich. That i didnt pay enough for the sandwich with bacon ham and turkey. I explained that i was very clear with my order, it was repeated back and i paid what i was told to pay when i got there. I had no idea what any sandwich would cost. I didnt know what was in my sandwich until i got home. She told me they would not refund me and i could instead come get another sandwich. I explained i ordered this for breakfast and It was now hours later and didnt want to go back for another sandwich. I would have the first time i called but instead was told i would be refunded. She was argumentative and told me my only option was another sandwich. Terrible experience. Wont be back. Way to lose a customer.
