I have been ordering food from various restaurants for several years now. In so many years he had never received such a bad order.The beans looked like soup. The cream cheese was so salty it felt like I was biting into a dead sea stone. Not to mention the hash, it was so overheated and burnt that it resembled sand and coconut. And to top it all off, the mashed potatoes looked like Paredes stuffing.I am not used to giving this type of opinions but based on the hunger I had and the poor service I felt the need to share it so that this situation can improve.In the end I had to throw away all the food and the worst thing was, I was left hungry.

Their Cuban food was delicious and the service was absolutely the best. The only thing we all disliked was the service fee plus a county fee they’ll include in your receipt.
I visited La Giraldilla yesterday. I was served by by Talhia Victoria. The experience was great, excellent customer service, she knew the menu and was excellent giving choices for us to eat. TALHIA was top-knotch. Kuddos for this server.

I absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE! Mostly because of the service provided by Thalia! She gave recommendations and she did not miss. Definitely try the fried rice, it’s an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Thalia was so attentive and we were a very large party but she didn’t miss a beat.We ordered too many items because we didn’t know how large the portions were, but it’s very satisfying. We were a bit gluttonous to be honest. The salmon was delicious!
