We ordered food to go.. we asked for Salchipapas Xtreme minus hotdog. The cashier punched in No Chicken. When we pointed that out she said “oh I’ll just fix it in the kitchen” … when I got home and started eating my food, there was NO chicken. After waiting an hour for our food because it was so busy, they couldnt even fix the mistake SHE made.

I hate to leave negative reviews but this place deserves negative stars or better yet to be skipped altogether. They’re not even trying! I ordered a bandeja paisa and a side of empanadas de carne. The chicharrón smelled weird, the beans were stale. They appeared to be taken right out an expired can and right into the plate. The rice seemed to be boiled with just water. It was tasteless and soggy.. the empanadas were also old frozen store bought they had some sort of freezer burns. . Nothing about the dish was Colombian nor tasted like it at all! I won’t be going back nor will recommend it to anyone.

Been going here for years and never in my life have I had issues. But this time came and got the food they forgot to put the chicken on the xtreme and when I went back they threw it on top of the one I just returned with ice cold cheese and said here you go. When asked for fresh was told this was fresh and then had to fight to get money back. Absolutely horrible now I understand why your ratings have went down so bad. Hoping that next time does better.

The waitress look like they are force to be there , and the food took too long to taste good but not great .i don’t know what happen to this place but it went down the last year. Don’t forget to read the reviews on any place you go. They DO charge a 15% extra on your bill just because, Plus they ask you to tip .
Coming from up north, haven’t found the right spot that makes authentic Colombian fast food burgers and hotdogs.This tasted more American than Colombian! The sauces were not in the hotdog, they were on the side and they forgot to include the garlic sauce in our bag ? !Staff was not attentive, tried opening the door to the restaurant and we thought it was closed so we went to the take out section. Would have loved the authentic Colombian attention of the employees to open the door at least after seeing my struggle to open.I usually leave good reviews and not bad ones, so please take this as an opportunity to improve.

I don't know if the cooks changed but what a shame, the food was totally cold. I ordered a hot dog and the sausage was practically frozen, I returned it and what they did was put the whole dog in a microwave and gave me the food back. Fatal.
