One of the dirtyest places to eat I have seen really big roaches walking across the dinning room floor and wall I tryd a different locations to give them the benefit of a doubt but it just got worst I've been sold food that has been exp I can tell by the texture it was not fresh I've gotten food poisoning twice and this was the only place I have ate at that day

My friend and I ordered a Cuban and a drink. As we are waiting for our food, we see on the menu board Cubans where the sandwich of the month and you get a free cookie if you buy a Cuban and a drink. When we got our food I mentioned this to the girl behind the register and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She got the manager, who told us that we were supposed to ask for the special when we ordered and would not give us the cookie! Even though since we paid separately for the sandwich and the drink, we paid more than what we would have paid if we had gotten the combo. Unbelievable. Incredibly bad business and petty.

Had a really bad experience today order my sandwich at 12:12 they didn't receive my sandwich until almost 1:00 They did compensate with two pieces of cake but whats upsetting is I asked 20 minutes in about my sandwich to sandwiches they told me that they're very busy and had a lot of orders in there nearly 35 minutes in I asked about my sandwiches again somebody actually goes back to check just to tell me that they gave my sandwiches out to someone else supposedly then waited another 10 plus minutes to receive my sandwich. Me if they would have checked the first time I asked I wouldn't have waited nearly an hour for the sandwich6 That's the very upsetting part on top of that they got my order wrong didn't realize until I got home.

I had the the Cuban sandwich was not impressed save your money. Also tried a slice of chocolate cake yuk! It tasted like if I was eating a box.

I have been going here for years and for the last past several times I've gone there they always get the order wrong .I just had a GrubHub delivery and La segunda isn't cheap at all they are over priced ..My order was totally wrong coffe with no sugar after I even clicked for sugar to be added. Very disappointed ..There are other places in Tampa that hands down are wayyyyyyy better than La segunda..and cheaper ... Florida bakery on Columbus beats them.. and it's authentic and there prices are normal..not over priced because your in a location that you know the people that do t know any better are going to pay for it. .I won't be ever going back they are not all that....Both locations are horrible Kennedy and Ybor

This is the second disappointing experience with this bakery: 1st we ordered an avocado toast that was nothing but what seemed like tomato sauce and a smear of avocado. 2nd ordered a cheese toast that was over toasted, hardly any cheese. Not expecting my coffee and guava cheese pastry to be any better…A shame that a 35.00 breakfast can be so disappointing. Too bad Moreno’s was too out of our way… definitely not be coming back any time soon

Was eventually told the order never printed in the kitchen so stood waiting for nothing and late to work.
