I stopped in to get some seafood since I am pescatarian. I ordered the cracked conch, fried shrimp, yams, mac & cheese, and the blue velvet cake. Everything was 10 out of 10.

I give this place a 10 out of 10 because everything was perfect. Food was hot, seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you are in Tampa, make this a spot to eat because you will not be disappointed. Great Tampa hospitality and food.

Great spot to eat at! Had a good time chopping it up with the nice lady behind the counter. I got the Turkey wings with cornbread, yellow rice, mac and cheese, collards, as well as a homemade strawberry lemonade! I'm not normally a fan of cornbread, but I could have eaten a few more pieces. Seating is limited.10/10 would recommend if you're looking for some fantastic sould food and friendly atmosphere!

Me and some friends were in the area for a music show. We got hungry. Looked on google maps and found Ladies of the Sea. And we were so happy we did. I got the curry chicken dinner with mac and yams. Every single thing was beyond delicious. A day later I'm still thinking of the food we ate. Needless to say. Next time we plan to be in the area we will be stopping by.

Omg this is the last of the originals small quaint beautiful atmosphere the beautiful person taking my order had such a positive, beautiful vibe. I just wanted to sit there and chill but that's half of the story. The other half is how delicious the food is. The mac and cheese the cabbage. There are not enough words to describe the flavor and the taste very good. Very soulful and well worth the patience to wait! Definitely going back. Definitely taking friends every time. I'm on this side of town for sure. Thank you!!

I love this place! The food is amazing, anyone visiting me I am absolutely bringing them to the ladies of the sea. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back. Derricka was very nice and accommodating.

First time and probably the last time... came from plant city yesterday and got all the way home to discover they forgot my man's fried clams with his seafood platter (that doesn't come with a lot of seafood at all as it is) and my daughters side of fries with her dirty crab plate...
My turkey wings were over cooked and chewy, and the rice was hard. Oxtails were mostly fat as well. The mac and cheese wasn't creamy at all and very cheddar was very sharp. Not my preference. Needless to say our plates are still in the fridge. The strawberry lemonade and cornbread were great though.
