Not happy at all with the poor service. I have tried to order a cake from this establishment a total of three times in over a years time period and she never has any availability. I can call literally 3 months in advance and still a NO go. Instead of offering options on dates and availability, the response I get is No, sorry I have a wedding for that day. Literally three times in over a year for 3 separate occasions, so disappointing. I was really looking forward to it, such a let down, but no more. :(

I have used L'Artisan Cake Atelier for my daughter's cakes for the last 2 years and they keep getting better and better! Cakes for me usually turn out to be that I order too big of a cake or they just taste like any other ordinary cake and I really do not care to take it home, but L'Artisan cakes I had my entire family asking to take some home and with the other cake there wasn't any to take home. Now that's what I call an excellent cake! Both times I brought Naomi a photo of how I would like the design of my daughter's cake to be and both times she did an incredible job with duplicating it perfectly. I thought the second cake that my daughter wanted would have been a challenge, because of all the detail, but Naomi showed her tremendous skills again and did another outstanding job. She is just so consistence. The first cake I ordered was a combination of Amaretto and Red Velvet with a cream cheese filling and it was so delicious. The second cake I ordered the entire cake to be the Red Velvet with the cream cheese filling, because my daughter and the rest of our guest really loved it with the first cake and of course it was out of this world. Thank you so much for all you do!!!!
