Tampa natives, we stopped in as we heard that the burgers and vibe were awesome. We took a table outside Saturday night, there was a nice crowd of people all ages and families. Our food was fantastic, the smash burger, chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and brews, excellent!! Also, the prices were super reasonable. This will be a new go to place for us. We will be back this week to have a coffee and try the breakfast menu which sounds delicious!

Like… I’ve tried bringing people here thinking “yeah it’s good,” and every single time they leave borderline obsessed 🤯 texting me days later like “yo… when are we going back??” 😂 It’s become a problem. A delicious, greasy, beer-filled problem.
Let’s talk about the beer first. 🍻The rotation is ALWAYS changing 🔄 which is awesome if you’re into trying new stuff, and everything I’ve had has been great. BUT, and this is a big but, if they have the Sunset Junkie hazy IPA on tap… just stop thinking and order it immediately 🌅🍺💛 It’s all you need in life. Cancel your plans. Call your mom. This is your personality now. The only tragedy is that it’s NOT always on tap 😭 which honestly feels like emotional damage at this point.
Now… the burgers 🍔🔥 good lord. These smash burgers are illegal in at least 7 states (probably). Crispy edges, juicy center, perfectly balanced. Every bite feels like you made the right choices in life. I’m fully comfortable saying this is the BEST burger spot in Tampa and I will not be taking questions at this time 💯😤
And don’t even get me started on the fries 🍟 and sauce situation… because WOW. The fries are crispy, seasoned just right, and the sauce! 🤤
Staff? Amazing. Every. Single. Time. 🙌 Whether you’re at the bar or ordering food, everyone is friendly, fast, and just seems like they actually enjoy being there, which makes a huge difference. No weird attitudes, no nonsense, just good people serving great food and beer.
Vibes? Immaculate ✨ Music, atmosphere, everything is on point… unless Dave Matthews Band is playing 😅🎶 but hey, no place is perfect. We all have our flaws.

The vibe is cool and unique with great service, great people, and a creatively different, fresh menu of food and drink...Awesome every visit! I've had the coffee, the smash burger, the tots, waffle fries, some delicious brews, and always enjoyed every bite or sip. But I gotta tell 'ya - Ordered the dark meat, skin on chicken nuggets with a little apprehension but reassurance from the server...they were amazing! Really good and quite tasty, not at all what you think when you see chicken nugs on the menu. Highly recommend all the food and drink on their carefully planned menu, since it's all personally and strategically designed and crafted for your enjoyment. (Waiting for that Kolsch again soon ;-) G

Stopped in before the Lightning game last week to grab a beer and a delicious smash burger! Late Start is the brewery, and Mighty Fine is their smash burger concept, they share the same location. They offer solid house-made brews along with guest taps. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, including tables and bar seating. I love the bar’s theming it’s modern, fun, and well done.
There’s one TV if you want to catch a game, but it’s definitely not a sports bar vibe. We ordered the smash burgers and fries, and they were incredible. A true smash burger, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. the sauce was *chefs kiss* as well. I’d absolutely come back for another brew and burger. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! This might be one of the best smash burgers in Tampa so far, so definitely give it a try.
Parking is limited with about five spots out front, but there’s street parking and a dirt lot nearby.

The food here is absolutely incredible. I’m not sure what they’re doing but they are doing it right. The menu was perfectly curated for a brewery with an item for everyone. Execution of the food is even better. Literally some of the best food I’ve ever had. Burger 15/10, breakfast tacos so good it’s ridiculous.

Maybe it's about the food (which I didn't partake) but the beers I tried were average at best. I got a Tasty Tasty Yum Yums Sour and it was like a full pulp OJ. I tried a sample first but the full pour was just thick and gross.
Wow!! We didn’t have the luxury of getting the tacos, yet!! Tomorrow?! Anyway the Patty Melt was so delish it didn’t need ketchup!! We had the Sunset Junkie Hazy IPA so juicy and delicious! Lastly, you can’t forget the Chicky Sando yum yum! We wish we had one of these near our house!!! But wait we’d be fatties!! lol! The atmosphere was great. Would come again and mostly likely will tomorrow! Enjoy!

We get weekly bacon tacos here and they are wonderful—the red sauce that comes with them is spectacular. We would buy the red sauce in bottles if we could. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the server always seems annoyed when we ask for more red sauce, or more specifically, when we ask for one red sauce per taco. We’ve even offered to pay for the extra red sauce, which we would still gladly do. However, we are always denied citing a fear of running out. Please make more red sauce and stop the red sauce stingy-ness!

Late Start Brewery was a great stop to kick off our day. It’s clearly a popular spot for breakfast in the morning, with a relaxed, chill vibe, and it seems like the energy probably picks up later in the afternoon and evening.
They have a good selection of beers, and we really appreciated that they brew on-site — there’s nothing like a freshly poured beer.
The space is beautifully decorated, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though we visited in the morning, the location feels like it would be a great place to hang out at any time of day. They also offer coffee and other non-beer options, which is a nice touch.
When we visited there was some construction happening, but we were still able to find parking easily in the empty field across the side street.
