It’s tucked into a nice alcove across the street from the Hampton/Home2 Suites. Bonus I decided to try this place on the 3rd Thursday of the month and found the adjacent street closed to allow a large number of food trucks to set up camp for the evening. I tried their Hefeweizen and Pablano Wit. The Hefe was top notch. The Pablano was interesting and enjoyable at first but definitely not something I could drink with any regularity.

Awesome beer selection, especially if you like sours. The Thai Tea sour manages to capture the milky fragrance perfectly while balancing the fruitiness of the mango and coconut. Being dog-friendly makes the atmosphere even better.

Parking can be tough to find but the location is fantastic and the beer is great! Super friendly staff as well. Perfect place to grab a beer in downtown.

Local Start Brewing Company is a new concept located at the Pour House in the Kennedy Grand Central complex at the Channelside District of Downtown Tampa! The owners of Late Start Brewing, Jordan Copher, Tyler Sankey, and Nick Streeter, met at Tampa's most famous brewery, Cigar City Brewing. Tyler moved to Coppertail Brewing in Ybor, Nick became Head Brewer of Carrollwood Brewing and 7venth Sun Brewery, and Jordan went to brew at Angry Chair Brewing.
