My husband and I had been meaning to try this place for a while. He ordered the Breakfast Burrito (which was HUGE) and I had the Rock Lobster Scramble, which was VERY good! This place is clean, and staff is amazingly friendly. Madison was very attentive and suggested some of the featured pancakes that they had. We decided to try the Gooey Buns instead, which honestly wasn’t the best. The apples were cold and It just wasn’t what I was expecting. Other than that, the food was very tasty and super quickly served!

Fantastic restaurant for breakfast and lunch in Tampa on West Hillsborough Avenue! It may get packed on the weekends, Sunday especially, but for the rest of the week it's a rather calm dining experience! The staff are very friendly, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was very cozy! Try the Cajun Chicken Wrap in the lunch combo special!

I had a fantastic experience at Le Peep! The food was delicious, with generous portions and great presentation. I especially loved the stuffed french toast, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

New manager is fantastic. Service, food and overall care to take great care shows!
Poorly run and not enough staff. I arrived to 2 families waiting on a table and 2 ppl waiting for takeout . With no where to sit or stand. The dining area was half empty. After 12 minutes of waiting to get helped, I was told the wait was 10 min. Then 15 min. I was ok with that. But after waiting for 30 minutes , I asked if my name was on the list since a staff member started a new paper list. The gentleman said I was next . He then proceeded to call 2 other parties. The other staff member that I had spoke to in the beginning asked me what I was waiting for ? Like really ? Did she forget ? After they called a couple that had just arrived for a table. I left . Enough was enough. My small daughter ran out of patience . They had 1 register with a woman that was used to take names, pay take out orders, and seat people. Like I said they definitely need more staff and a better system. I refuse to invest in a restaurant that doesn't invest in themselves. Very disappointed. Went to The Grind coffee bar. Fast service and good food.

This is a great dine in breakfast and brunch spot. I really enjoyed being able to enjoy items on the menu which fit my low calorie diet and said calories being listed out directly on the menu.
