Ledo Pizza Delivery - Tampa, FL

Ordered directly from the restaurant. Waited over 2 hours and never received my food. When I called, the staff said it was “my problem” because they use DoorDash for delivery.

Zero accountability, incompetent staff, and terrible customer service. If you can’t handle delivery, don’t offer it. Avoid this location.

I love coming here because It’s a little piece of where I’m from up in Maryland. The Pizzas are delicious and heavy unique style all to themselves. The medium pizza is not too big so is easily enough eaten by yourself (Yes, I know that sounds both good and bad) But when you try their pizza you won’t be able to stop.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery ~ I asked for extra sauce & paid for extra cheese . The pizzas were ice cold when they arrived ~ Dry and almost NO cheese ! The driver just had them in his trunk and not in an insulator bag ! The pizzas tasted like they were cooked hours ago and sat out all day ! Threw them in the trash ! What a disappointment and a waste of $70 ! I will NEVER order pizza again from any pizza place after this ! I am going back to making my own at home. It's NOT hard to make a good pizza ! :/

Love Ledo Pizza so much - I even drive 25 minutes to go! I am a consistent customer, after this previous visit I am not so sure anymore. Unfortunately there was something wrong with everything I ordered (pizza was missing a topping of extra cheese on just half and wings had no sauce) I was told that the pizza was made correct and I was mistaken - I have had this pizza over 100 times and this was not the extra cheese - same amount through out the whole pizza. With the wings, they meant to tell me about the wings and just forgot. Offered for me to drive back so they could fix only the wings but again, I live far. Had to ask multiple times for a refund - not all but at least something because everything was messed up and after begging they finally gave me $3. I’m from the DMV and again love Ledo Pizza, but this experience was just not pleasing and not making me want to go back.

Great all around thin crust pizza. Very consistent. Simple. No issues. Service is great when the kids (under 22) aren't working. Otherwise it's very monotone and feels like a machine. Don't let that steer you away. Simple really good pizza. End of story. Thats it.

Excellent pizza, friendly service. Been coming here for years. It's in our rotation of favorite spots for our weekly pizza. The pizza is made in a style very different from the more popular pizza styles (neopolitan, NY thin, Chicago thick, Detroit, Greek, New Haven, tavern, etc.). Thin and lightly crispy, almost pastry-like. Cheesy due to the thinner crust. Ledo's is well known for its large thick cut pepperoni neatly placed in the center of each square cut slice. This is not my favorite style or pizza but it is very good and a nice change from the more common varieties.
Their other menu items are competently made but do not approach the quality of the pizza, IMO - though enjoyable.
Service is consistently excellent. This is a family owned business and this family cares about what it does here. I highly recommend it.

I love coming to this Ledos! Everyone is always super nice and accommodating. I had a reward and had difficulty redeeming. The person there who helped went above and beyond giving me more of a reward than expected. This location is not close for us but we make the drive and have never been disappointed!!
