Our family has ordered from Lemon Grass multiple times. I was shocked at tonight’s experience with our order. Apparently something has gone south. Who was minding the quality of the fare? We routinely order our select favorites and historically very satisfied. Has there been changes in management or kitchen staff? The food was unreasonably overcooked, and poorly substandard from even an average Thai restaurant expectation. Our experience costed $102 for two, which ought to be an embarrassment for the proprietor to charge for an outrageously substandard quality experience. Truly, Lemon Grass had zero class on this night.

Yikes. Unhinged employees. When taking our order… I asked for a recommendation, he replied, “I’m not eating it, so I can’t help you.” Then he started blasting music in our ear. An overall very unpleasant, odd experience. When I arrived he didn’t make our full order. I had to wait 20 extra minutes. There was no line... the soup smelled terrible, also tasted awful. Way too spicy, both the Pad Thai, and Green Curry. Will not be back.

Food is good but the portions should be bigger.

Overpriced for what they offer. The food isn't cohesive either.

The food portions are way less now. Dinner prices, but lunch portions. Like insanely less portions. Really surprised. The food is not worth the price anymore in my opinion. They seem to be cutting corners now.

Love this place. Whenever I'm on that side of town, I stop there. Everything I've had there was on point. Hate that they don't do eat in anymore, but the place is small anyway. Food quality or taste has not diminished. Nuff said!

Not a fan of the food here at Lemongrass and to me, it's not traditional Thai food either. The noodles always tend to be dry and stick together, they're stingy with their protein (usually 5 small pieces of chicken, and/or shrimp) and always super greasy. I typically ask for the Hot spice level (Mild, Med, Hot, Thai Hot) but always end up with Mild. On a positive note, their coconut sticky rice is great. Traditional Thai flavors are lacking, service is not attentive and just overall a disappointment if you're looking to enjoy Thai food.

Arrived to see a sign on the door for takeout only. We had already driven over, so we decided to change our plans and just bring our dinner home. When you walk inside, you can tell that they never transitioned back after covid: all the tables and chairs are pushed against the walls, and a temporary-looking wall with plexiglass is put up. The menu is nicely laid out on the wall with a makeshift speaker to order. They are very organized in taking orders and cashing you out... it took us maybe 10 minutes max to get our food! Very quick! The pad woon sen was delicious! You could tell it was authentic because their family was in the back hanging out since it was the holidays. Great place for takeout!Vegetarian options: Fried tofu and veggie only options for many dishes!

I barely right reviews but unfortunately this had to be shared. This was my second time placing order here since this is a Thai place close to where I live. When I called the restaurant to order food, the lady that picked up my call mentioned that food would take 30-40 mins to prepare the food. I was okay with that because that’s a minimum amount of time a restaurant takes to on a weekend. So I told the lady “it is ok, I understand”. She asked what I would like and I ordered my food and told the lady to repeat my order to make sure I didn’t forget anything and everything is entered in correctly. Instead of responding to my question she simply hung up. I called her back number of times after my first call and she kept picking up the phone and disconnecting the call without speaking or hearing me out. At last when she finally picked up my call and I told her to repeat my order, she said your order is placed, I was like did you make sure to add medium spice to my food, she said my food was ready and can’t be changed. Funny thing is when I called her the first time she said it would take 30-40 minutes to be ready and now my food was ready within 10 mins time frame. Surprising! She ended the call by saying do you want to pick it up or not. What?!! Why did she have to be rude. Don’t give false order estimates or just listen to the customer before disconnecting. Customer service is horrible and the lady is definitely rude. I thought when I placed my very first order at this restaurant, a month ago, the lady was probably busy so might not be in a good mode but she was the same way, RUDE, this time around as well. Seems like they are busy so they believe in giving bad customer service. This was my second time giving the order but it was a disaster of a place to order food, so never again. Wish could give this place 0 stars on service. Per Google this place has better door dash reviews, not surprised since no one wants to probably deal with the lady’s customer service.

The nam sod salad is delicious. Ordered hot spicy which may be more than many can handle. Also had a Panang curry and a green curry with veggies (the latter I added steamed tofu which was so abundant as to be excessive). Both curries were delicious ordered as medium spicy.
