Wonderful spot, great food and service. The food here is amazing. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this sooner. The Lobster rolls are a hefty service and they taste great. They have a great view of the bay, highly recommend dining outside during sublet!

My husband and I had a good meal and enjoyed everything we tried. The only complaint He had on his clamp chowder or loaded fries was the spoon. The plastic spoon for the chowder was so sharp it cut his lip! The calamari I had was abundant and very breaded and crispy. If you like lightly breaded calamari, this is not it. The hot lobster roll was satisfying and I will definitely have it again if we return to the area. Chowder and roll were the best, fries were a close second, calamari was too breaded for me but I really think youngsters would like it.

I came to Florida back in January and I couldn't wait to get some fresh clam strips/seafood from Florida. I called around and the only place that had freshly breaded clam strips was Shrimp & Company so I went there. I ordered the fried clam strips and fried shrimp there and the the clam strips were really hard and tough. I just happened to be at Ballast Point Park and ran across a gem of a restaurant, Leon's Lobstah Shack and walla magic. Leon's has the best breaded fried clam strips. I ordered the freshly breaded clam strips on the menu and they didn't disappoint. They were so good. I wanted to order a second platter. They're fried to perfection.💋p.s. I was looking for a place to put a picture but I didn't see a place.
Took the family to ballets point park and stumbled across Leon’s. I debated on purchasing some lobster rolls due to just eating. I was glad I decided to make room to get some rolls. They didn’t disappoint one bit. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself while you let the kids have some fun at the park.

Tiny extremely informal restaurant next to the Ballast Point Pier, like an old fashioned lunch room; eat inside or out on the water, on the edge of the park. Terrific food (especially the citrus shrimp tacos). Ice cream.

What a beautiful view if you can find a table outside on wonderful day squirms and birds all around good food although I think the fish is frozen prmaid sticks for the choose 2 basket the burger is massive though couldn't eat the whole thing must have the root beer float and they use I.B.C. which in my opinion is better then A&W but all and all the food is fresh well cooked just lacking in the fish and chip side and the options for lobster its ether chowder or a roll which I have not had yet
Great lobster rolls! Really good lobster bisque too! The scenery of course is the best overlooking Tampa Bay! When you’re done eating you can walk the pier which is steps away! Great restaurant steps from Ballast Point pier. Don’t complain about the prices as lobster is so expensive. Glad Leon’s Lobstah replaced Taste of Boston restaurant which was horrible. This is way better!
