It's okay. It is inconvenient if you have club seats due to the lounge being located in the basement. You have to travel through various floors and security checks, which minimizes the value. However, it's clean with good food selections.

Bought passes for the Judds final tour and it was definitely worth it. The food was awesome!

Gift tickets. VIP is above my pay grade.

AKA Ashley lounge now. food gets worse and more limited every year and now has overbearing security to come and go to your seat. You are treated as a law breaker not a VIP. You are supposed to have access to the Chase club as well but there are multiple security checks to sign in and out on their unreliable etickets and you must go up and down multiple flights of stairs as elevator service is non existent from the lounge to the 4th floor
The servers were amazingly friendly, the food was nice, drinks were nice.

The lounge is clean and offers plenty of food and drink selection with easy access to your ground level seats, but the older gentleman that's been cutting and serving the meat everyone wants since the place has been open is slower than molasses and there's always an excruciating wait. Unless the game is on of course. And if you know him you'll get nice cuts and portions of meats, but don't let him see your anxious and tired of waiting because he'll serve you up a plate of fat that will make not want to come back to his line. Horrible service at the most popular table and why you don't get all 5 stars. Time someone has a talk with him because those seats aren't cheap.

This is definitely the way to go if you want to go to an event and really be treated like a true VIP. The drinks are top shelf, the food is absolutely delicious with such unique selections, from shrimp/oysters, fresh prime rib, pizza, fruit, sandwiches, pasta, and the desserts are divine! There is plenty of space to enjoy the atmosphere before, during and even after the game. The bathrooms are beautiful, clean and there is never a wait. The special entrance is perfect and you're able to walk right to your seats from the exit by the glass. Getting seats that have this access can be a little on the pricey side (over $300 - $500 a ticket) depending on the game but the experience is so worth it!

It's always great after a Bolts win

Doesn't get any better than that for before or during the hockey game.
