I love this place! They have great food. But today, I was served hot wings that were old, dry, and on the hot line all day. I was very disappointed.

I bought two Cuban sandwiches last Friday and something was expired- the food tasted old and rotten…the Cuban bread was old and hard..Could’ve been that we stoped by late in the afternoon-4.30lm…? For a minute I thought I was eating in a restaurant in Cuba ..because of how bad the food was

2nd time I've been to this restaurant. 1visit was great looked forward to coming back. I ordered pulled pork (dry), yellow rice and black beans(very good) and 3 potato balls. They only had one so they said they'd make more. After about a 10 min wait two potato balls came from the kitchen and put in the display case. I'm still waiting for mine. Two of the 3 women working behind the counter are leaning by the microwave talking almost the entire wait time. I got ones attention and asked about the potato balls and she said mine were almost done. Confused by this and few more minutes later I was absolutely livid at the fact that she brought me 3 microwaved potato balls. Now I've been in the hospitality business more than half my life and fried items DO NOT go in the microwave. Completely disappointed in this action and uncertain on a return visit.

My team and I were down in Tampa from Progressive Insurance for disaster relief. We drive to this place and ordered lunch for 11 of us and this place did not disappoint! The service was top tier and the food was AMAZING! It’s like a buffet setup and the choices and the portions were magical! The food was the best Cuban food I’ve ever eaten and my team loved it as well! We moved to Bradenton and couldn’t order again! Absolutely love this place The food is absolutely delicious!!!! I usually get the baked chicken with the yellow rice with the gravy from the chicken over the rice plus two pieces of bread oh my goodness ?? it is the best!!! Not to mention quite filling!!!?

I used to live here, now I live in Texas. 10 years ago the food was a must every day. Today I ordered a steak sandwich pressed all the way with yellow rice and black beans. My heart broke, it was horrible just horrible zero zero FLAVOR. The girls working behind the scenes seem so angry. FOOD IS NOT GOOD.
