I would give this place 1/2 star if I could. Although food is ok, the poor customer service kills ANY and all expectations. I had both eaten here and have delivery service. 1st off my driver wanted me to walk to the FRONT of my neighborhood in the apartments I lived because it was "inconvenient for him". When I took to long he left. That photo of texts on the photo gallery is 100% accurate. When I called he said "I could only wait for a short amount of time". Mind u I have a baby I couldn't leave alone, and I had to walk to my food. I replaced my order through the same restaurant and when he saw my name again he called me and said " you placed another one? Might as well stay there because if I have to wait I will leave again". Pissed me off so much I told him so F*** off" I'm sorry but find better servers

Ordered food from here, food never showed. They refuse to refund the money, so basically they scammed me out of $45. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Poor customer service ordered food after a 12hr day at work. Forgot my phone was on vibrate and on the charger. I missed the call to tell me they were at my hotel. I am from out of town and staying in a hotel and the delivery person couldn't even come into the hotel lobby and have the front desk call my room. When I called the restaurant they just told me to call Grubhub not their problem. Then I texted the number that texted me just for the area manager (no name given but asked for it). To blame me for not answering my phone tells me it 2018 and to answer my phone. I think this was very unprofessional and rude. Yes my fault for not hearing my phone, but really with not even trying to walk into the hotel and talking to the person at the front desk. Just an FYI anyone who wants to order delivery from here be aware that they do not get out of their car to actually make the delivery. I Add a photo of just part of my conversation with the area manager. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only person that has similar experience with this manager. Maybe you should go to some manager training and learn some people skills. The food was payed for all you had to do was drop it at the front desk of the hotel. After a 12 hour day all I wanted was some darn food!!!!

This was a very disappointing experience, I am a craving pregnant woman who at random times wants food, I placed my order at 9pm and delivery was not supposed to be until 9:50-10:00pm then at 9:15 I am told they tried delivering my food with ZERO ATTEMPTS. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never attempt to order from here again. I have to say thank you for letting me know how you treat your customers. Blocking phone numbers, zero attempts at trying to give any confirmation of delivery or it being on it's way. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS

Placed an order on grubhub at 9 pm they cancelled the order at 9:15 while I was outside at my car claiming they waited over 20 minutes and kept calling unable to get ahold of us. The owner then blocked my number when I called asking about it. This place needs to be shut down.
