This place charges you more for their dumplings. They are not even hot and fresh. I had beef bulgogi and it was so rubbery and cold. I would not recommend this place. I was excited for my drink, the Ube Latte, but it wasn’t that good, like many other boba places.

I visited Ling Dumplings on Friday and ordered a specific item for my son that he really liked. He’s autistic so picky is an understatement.
When I came back Sunday to order the exact same thing, the manager, JEROME, told me they couldn’t accommodate my request “because everyone else would want it.” That makes absolutely no sense for a restaurant that’s supposed to value its customers. When I asked his title, he just walked off from me. The cashier had to tell me.
I’ve never been told before that I can’t order something I previously purchased and enjoyed. His attitude and lack of customer care were unacceptable. Truly poor service and zero effort to make things right.
Management was completely dismissing and the service is inconsistent. A recipe for disaster especially for a neurodivergent child. Won’t be back.

Absolutely love this little place at Armature works, the boba teas are chefs kiss. I can't express enough how lovely the people are there their customer service is above and beyond. The manager Jerome is so delightful and helped me choose which entree I wanted, I had the bulgogi dumplings with this sauce ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!! I ordered an ube latte and it was just the icing on the cake not too sweet and the boba is a nice consistency, I'm a little bit of a snob when it comes to boba teas because I can never find the right kind, but today I was IMPRESSED!!! How did I not know about this little place, I can not wait to come back, I want to TRY EVERYTHING!!! They are extremely quick as well I will be telling everyone about this little diamond in the rough!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Oh my goodness where do I begin, first I was greeted by the staff (they were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable) they helped me with my order. I had never been here before so I needed a lot of help. I ended up ordering the dan dan noodles which were absolutely amazing, and then a strawberry matcha latte with boba. The boba tea was so good I had to order another one so I got the brown sugar latte, and all I'm going to say is I'm immediately addicted to this place. I'm always trying to find a boba spot and this is definitely the spot!!! Compliments to the owners and the staff whomever runs this establishment knows what they're doing and I'm so impressed. Thank you so much for everything I WILL BE BACK!!
