Lit nutrition is more than just healthy and delicious treats, shakes, and drinks, it’s an entire community. From the minute you walk through the door the energy is off the charts. Cynthia and Josh, the owners, are simply the best. So kind, fun, and always ready to serve us with their amazing products. Having good energy and people is definitely something that sets this place apart HOWEVER we cannot overlook how absolutely delicious all of their products are. From protein donuts, to their new banana muffins, and teas and shakes, everything will leave you wanting more. One time we had maintenance staff come into my job to do some work & I wanted to get them a nice treat, in a little over an hour Cynthia got my order, made it, and delivered it to me and my team, everything was still warm! No words to describe how amazing they are! Lit Nutrition is definitely a favorite of mine and of all my coworkers and friends as well.

I saw their booth at The Taste of Carrollwood event last weekend and missed out on the apparently super popular donut samples but the nutrition specs and the coupon intrigued me enough to stop by the store today and try one out along with one of their tasty looking shakes for myself and OMG! They have not seen the last of me! They have, in only one visit, become my Go To for a tasty healthy treat. In fact, I might even go back again tomorrow just because I can, and the best part is that I won’t even feel guilty about it! 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m so glad I stumbled across this place and would’ve never found it unless I had an appointment in the area today. The staff were so friendly when I walked in and helpful with explaining what their offerings were. Their cute dog is adorable too! I had a loaded into the ocean tea and two protein donuts that were freshly baked. Lucky me and they were so tasty! I will definitely be back and all about supporting local businesses.
