Although we enjoyed our meal the last 2 times we ate here, there are some communication issues with the kitchen staff. Our server Juan was very friendly and put our order in correctly, but when the food arrived, it did not have the grilled onions we asked for and my quesadilla had onion in it when I asked for no onion. The food is very good, but getting the incorrect food is more of the problem. The Fresa is delicious, and the guac is amazing.
This place has really tasty food. But here are the issues:
1. They forget things (food items) - in person, carry out, and Uber orders.
2. They confuse food items and give you the wrong ones. For example. Carne is steak. I specifically asked for steak only to get home to eat, and find that they used pork. They’ve done this numerous times
3. Inconsistent - sometimes they include the grilled onions; sometimes they forget.

Love this place at each location! Lots of different dishes, sauce options, and soft drinks too. Feels and tastes authentic. My spouse is Mexican and even enjoyed the tamales that they are typically quite picky about.
