Mexican food is usually so fresh and this one is overcooked, tastes like school canteen food
The drink was $6 and too sugary
We used to boil food for our dog ourselves in russia with meat and grains in a pot and this tastes the same here at loli. So expensive too

Jossmeli provided impeccable service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and constant attention to every detail. Her respectful and friendly manner made my experience at the restaurant extremely pleasant. I sincerely appreciate the quality of her service and would not hesitate to return thanks to the excellent service she provided.

I went to this place and the Mexican food was delicious I loved it. Jossmeli was the one who helped me, the service was great and she was really attentive. It was my first time going to this place and I highly recommend it.

Tampa native here that eats out often. I have been going to the original Lolis off of Benjamin since 2017/18. When I say I’m a loyal customer I’ve probably been to all of their locations including Gandy. I order their food delivery atleast 1-2 times a week. I recommend them to non locals all the time. But this specific location has HORRIBLE customer service. Since they’ve branched out to make these franchises it seems they have lost their minds on why they used to get loyal customers in the first place. I always remembered the original location being family centered especially because we are the ones who have been a reason of their success.

The chick that attended me had a horrible attitude after she forgot my drink and acted like it was my fault after I kindly reminded her.

The manager did not care. Even after I addressed her directly she rolled her eyes. Then they talked about me in Spanish (not realizing I’m Hispanic and speak Spanish.)

I came back to eat inside again weeks later, and they often forget the food on time counter. Had to address them about my drink that they didn’t give me, I had to show them my receipt to prove it 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m surprised considering the demographics in this location expects a higher service of customer service being that it’s in front of international mall.

They really need to have training on customer service. So just do take out for this location. They have an attitude problem.

Definitely in our top 5 places in all of Tampa for tacos! They are always fresh, good ingredients, a salsa bar & the staff is very friendly. They also have “beyond meat” as a protein, which is fantastic if you’re a vegetarian. We love them. 10/10 recommend!!!

This is my first time trying this place and let me tell you, it’s the best tacos that I’ve ever had in Tampa. The flavors are definitely there in each bite with the authenticity and topped with all the wonderful variety of sauces.
