Christmas Eve went for lunch and server was struggling in where to place the food, mind you there was plenty of space to place it on; then she dropped from the table my cold cup of water on me. Just was not paying attention to what was on the table.
I got up and left before my anger took place.

After waiting nearly 20 minutes for my food, they came to my table and told me they were out of pork tamales. Not even a sorry, just a statement. Ridiculous.

I attempted to place an order for pickup starting around 8:00–8:10 PM, both by phone and online. The phone line was constantly “busy,” and the online system only allowed me to place an order for the next day. My husband was already en route, as we live about 30 minutes away. When he arrived at approximately 8:35 PM, the doors were locked. Despite this, two employees saw him, ignored him, and appeared to laugh while pretending to sweep.

Your website and all information indicate the restaurant is open until 9 PM, so I’m unsure why there was such a disconnect between your online system and in-store staff.

Have had food at this location and it has been good but this experience was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Will be visiting a different location moving forward.

I got the carne asada tacos and they were okay compared to other tacos I’ve had. I was kinda disappointed when I found out that 3 little extra containers of sour cream was $3.19 but it’s okay. It was a nice place to try but not sure I’d go again. On the bright side, the horchata was really good! My whole family loved it and it was gone in a few minutes.
