Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

I made an online order and it glitches in the middle of my order. It ended up making a double order and charge. When I got to the location the 2 managers both named Bill according to them. Thsairefused to refund me the extra charges. Saying they were not trained ed to do that. Said I need to go to the app saying there was a phone number. When I asked where they said they had no idea how to use the app. I asked can I get a corporate number I was told they don't know where that is. I asked can you look and I was told I can wait and when they could get to it they would then help me but they didn't know when that was going to be. Then the one manager was talking to his staff in few t of me and basically saying how stupid I was because others can figure it out. Hands down the worst service I have ever had by leadership at any business I have been to in 40 years.

I love the combination of Taco Bell and Long John Silver's together. I always have a good experience at this location. The service may be a little slow, but my order is always correct and the food is hot and delicious, so worth any wait. Their fish is magical. I have "introduced" many people (who say they don't like fish) to it, and every person just loves it. The fried clams a hushpuppies are also personal favorites.

My little, (age 13), lives TB as did I in my youth. I actually still enjoy it. I like how they've got bowls now to reach the healthier patrons. I will certainly be trying one next visit. My little and I enjoy the cheesy roll ups adding beef and the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Both still delightful for quick Mexican.

Love this location! Not only a Taco Bell but a Long John Silver’s as well! The staff is always pleasant. Store is clean! William always goes above and beyond. His customer service is 10/10! Fast & Friendly! This is my go to spot!!

Parking: Lots of space to park, drive thru area is easy to maneuver in.

I'm sorry but I go to this location quite a bit I'll never go again the fish is nasty the flavors there but it's too greasy fish is small and it doesn't seem the same fish is horrible chewy not flaky greasy wet nasty

I love Long John Silvers, but not this one. We were so looking forward to the fish and shrimp dinner and when we got it...
It was very obvious that the friers hadn't been changed in a while. I know this as I have worked in restaurants for years. All of our food looked like it was sprinkled with pepper, which is really burnt food crumbs in the bottom of the dirty friers. Hush puppies were hard. Shrimp was overcooked so much you could hardly tell there was shrimp in the dark brown crust. I'm not one to complain, but your employees should be ashamed to have served that food. Maybe some Serve safe training would be helpful. Maybe I'll give this store another chance in a month as I do like LJS. This was just a disappointment

Don't waste your time coming here, they can't keep up any semblance of order continuity. I haven't been here for well over a year, thought I'd give them another try...same old same old incompetence. They just won't change. I am done and will not be back, ever! Big waste of 10$.

I love LJS. This location is a shared space with Taco Bell. TB seems to primary food served. When you order off the LJS menu it takes a little longer and the food doesn't always seem as fresh. The hush puppies seem to be recooked if not sold the first time. I used to work fast food and can tell when something has been fried multiple times. The fish and chicken are usually served warm or hot, shrimp is typically luke-warm. And they changed the fries to waffle fries instead of long cut, changing flavors too. I'll only go here when I craving the fish and chicken and malt vinegar.
