630PM reservations, table not ready. There was trash in the waiting area. Then seated, but tables assigned were not cleaned. The menu pages stuck together. The loaded baked potatoes had an unusual flavor. Don't recommend.
I called my order in and the order taken was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable! I usually have problems with my steak temperature at different restaurants BUT THE CHEF HAD MY MEDIUM WELL STEAK SPOT ON ?. IT WAS JUICY, SUCCULENT, WARM WITH A LIL PINK IN THE MIDDLE!!! My shrimp were also cooked to a perfection as well!!! Only complaint I have is....THEY DIDN'T HAND FEED ME ???

Arrived at 7pm told 15 minutes wait. Bar area empty , many tables empty and dirty and bar area dirty one end to other.. waited a few mor minutes was seated at dirty table and area around table. Ask hostess to wipe and we got ignored another 10 minutes. No excuse for the chaos. Went across street to Millers and ate a great meal /great service.

Visit the restaurant while on vacation, the service was great along with the delicious steak and loaded potatoe? . Would definitely recommend.
Sat at the bar and had a great time. The food was really good. Even though the steak temperature wasn’t right the first time, they made sure to fix it. The molten lava cake, is a must. Our bartender, Reyhana, was amazing and did a wonderful job. The manager, Marco, was very nice, friendly, and accommodating of the temperature mistake. We will be back.

Hadn't been here in a long time & was craving ribs. Rather than go to the New Tampa Outlets with all the traffic, we stayed local. Seated quickly. Our appetizer was the cheddar mushrooms delicious ? Our full racks of baby back ribs were delicious! Too much to finish. Everything freshly prepared. Longhorn is not just for steaks -) Great Service too

Terrible!! Worst Longhorn restaurant ever. We we're seated at 7:40pm and here we are 9:10pm and we're still waiting on a plain and simple to make cheeseburger for my daughter. They totally forgot to make her order. They forgot my other's daughter shrimp. I was given overcooked burnt salmon. My daughter's had to take their food to go on how long we waited for terrible food. Won't be coming back to this Longhorn restaurant again!!
Honestly I'm so shocked to be on here writing this review. Before tonight I loved this place and would highly appreciate its service but tonight was just disappointing. I arrive at 9:20 and sit at the bar tops. There is two bartenders more worried about the guy and girl sitting besides me then a new customer herself. I was looking at the menu for 15 minutes before I was even greeted then I put in a drink order as well as an app order at the same time. Took a good minute before I received the drink and when I was finished waited another 15 for a second drink. This time I drunk that one slowly cause I didn't know when the next time I would get another. The first girl never even came back to me after the first drink was finished but stay up under the guy who sat besides me. Mind you I told the bartender that I did want a little minute for food but I was done with the app way before 10 even hit. So I sat there for a while then a different girl had token my order because I just moved the menu to look like as if I was just noe ready even though no one checked in on me. By the time the food was even ready, it was almost time for them to close. But the minute I went to the bathroom after I got my dining order moved to be placed into togos boxes, they were quick were quick with that check. I'm a server as well but dang that's was just bad. I'll might try y'all again but not anytime soon. Do better please next time.

The slowest service in the world. I ordered for pick up at 3:00 pm they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there to pick up my food they said they didn’t have an order for me I showed them the receipt and they still say they didn’t put the order in. I had to wait another 45 minutes before I got my food over all I spent my whole lunch break waiting for my order overall it was 1 hour and 36 minutes before I get my food this is crazy never will I go here again
