Food truck. Not a restaurant.

The good: noodles and the chicken skewers tasted good and were well cooked.

The bad: the milk tea jellies didn't fit through the straw provided, so not the best experience. The wait for food wasn't too long, but the atmosphere just isn't inviting with no indoor seating and the neighborhood is a little rough. We had intended to stay and eat based on some of the photos, but decided to take it to go.

After noticing its high ratings online, we visited this eatery and were intrigued to discover that it operates more like a pop-up serving fusion Filipino cuisine. The outdoor seating area consists of a few benches, giving it a somewhat temporary feel, though we did observe that they are constructing a more permanent restaurant space right behind.

The food was enjoyable, though not particularly remarkable. The lechon kawali was satisfactory, but it might have benefited from a traditional dipping sauce. The Pork Liempo and the pickled radish (Atchara) were tasty, although it would be interesting to try them with pickled papaya for a more authentic touch. Additionally, we felt that the meat portions could have been more balanced in relation to the rice served alongside.

On a positive note, the Pandan coconut milk tea and calamansi mango puree juice were delightful, offering a refreshing taste without being overly sweet. We did notice that the dining area could use some improvement in cleanliness. We look forward to returning to explore their full menu once the new restaurant is completed.

The rice was disgusting, it gave the taste of toilet detergent. the chicken was raw. And if you are on a diet, I wouldn’t recommend this food to you. Spicy, greasy and a lot of vinegar and other additives in the food then cause abdominal pain. Fermented salads were also not tasty. Waiting for the order takes longer than expected. And the cost is not justified

To Fellow Flips... Steer clear. No wonder the patrons are purely unsuspecting non Filipinos.

The food is not authentic Filipino food and it’s an extremely long wait time. We waited about 45 - 50 minutes to get our food. The food itself was not too bad it’s flavorful and the presentation is very nice. Although portion sizes was not worth the money. It’s outdoor seating so I do not recommend dining here during summer because it’s extremely hot outside. Overall I would not come here again nor order take out. It’s overpriced, not authentic, long wait time and unattractive location.

The food is alright (very salty,) the boba is really good, the portions are terrible. Especially for the price.

We got the lechón kawali, the tocino dumplings, and the back buns. We really enjoyed the tocino dumplings but the lechón was a bit dry and we wished the bao buns had more meat in them. Other than that presentation was great and the employees at the food truck were friendly. Hoping they will have the chicken skewers in stock for next time!

Checked out the new spot and tried some menu items I haven’t tried before! Everything was delicious, but a few items were very salty. Pancit was salty, some of the noodles were undercooked, and the lechon cuts I got were 90% fat. Ube milk tea was delicious, but the boba pearls were pretty tough and chewy. What has always stood out is their dumplings. Definitely one of their strengths! Their new space is nice and will be really dope when it gets colder!

Service took forever and they did not even tell us it was over 50min wait! Was told they prioritize ubereats orders in stead of customers in person! We got there and they said to wait a little which turned into 25min before we could order and when we finally ordered they told us they had ubereats orders to fill and would need another 25min!! Could not be more horrified by the service especially taking my whole lunch break without eating!!!

The wait time was atrocious, no one informed us of the more than half an hour wait for food. We didn't even get to order and the cashier skipped us and took another customer.
