Very great place to hangout, drink and dance to good music. This place had great drinks wait staff were really good the music selection was really good as well. If your looking for a place with great drinks and very good music keep you moving all night visit here you'll thank me later.

Nice outside bar with seating a dj. My bartender was great and she made the best drinks! She was blonde and at the bar closer to the stage!

I've visited Luna Lounge on multiple occasions and always had a great experience until my 10/2 visit when I had to speak to the manager, Richy, regarding my bill. I visited the rooftop when they opened at 5pm on that Saturday, their happy hour goes from 5pm-7pm. When I got home, I noticed my bill was about 40% more than it should have been. I was not upset because everyone makes mistakes and I would have happily gone back in the future again if they knew how to handle my issue with professionalism. However, thanks to Richy, the manager, who by the way has zero manager qualitie, I will never be going back. At first when I called, I spoke to the hostess, Ryan who confirmed the happy hour prices for me with a bartender before I spoke to a manager. She then transferred me to Richy and I explained to him what had happened. At first he offered to refund me an amount that was completely wrong and less than it should be so I told him nicely what the correct refund should be and how I would like to adjust the tip as well when he issues me the refund. Keep in mind, they charged me over $100 for a bill that was $68, so I was trying to ask to adjust my 18% tip based off the correct bill amount vs. $111 they charged me. Yet this so-called "manager", Richy, has the nerve to get upset that I wanted to adjust the tip when they are the one who made the mistake and then he proceeds to hang up on me. I did receive the refund on my credit card for the correct amount, however, any individual who actually has manager qualities would know the server was at fault, submitted the refund, apologized for the misunderstanding and handled it like an adult instead of a pouty 5 year old. So this just goes to show you what type of people are running this establishment. There are PLENTY of other rooftops within Tampa where I have had better drinks and service, establishments such as Luna Lounge should keep in mind they are not the only rooftop in the Tampa area.

Was there till closing with my girlfriend. We were the last ones out the lounge. Went to wave down the Uber (3-5 min) and came back to our table to find that the staff had stolen over $200 in cigars I had purchased for family/friends. When I asked the manager for help he said "I was acting like a Karen". What type of manager would insult a customer who just spent $$ at their establishment. Never again and I will make sure to inform anyone I know going to Ybor that this place is trash.

Great spot not to crowded .. fresh Air .plenty of space ..great drinks ..dance floor ..seating .Not to mention all this is Outside if the night is great .you will have a ball... they need to let me host a hairshow here ... everytime i come here i wear one of my hoodys if u see me their say hello mention this post 25.00 off your hoody ..(logo only tho) .. see u around .. i only attend the first friday and Saturday of each month ..youtube jonpompoms ...(ig jonpompoms) #i #leave #reviews #honestly
