Luis Masi Bama Destin and Troy were amazing security guards. A couple patrons were getting out of line and they handled it so professionally and made everyone feel so so safe. I even witnessed them having to stay late just to make sure one of the girls got home safely, even when she was having a temper tantrum. They remained calm cool and collected, they are saints. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great music. The food was delicious and the drinks fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We booked a spot in the outdoor section for Valentine’s Day and had a fantastic time. The small plates were excellent, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. It does get pretty loud, but the energy and vibe were so good it didn’t even matter. Highly recommended

5 Stars it’s not enough. I was blessed to host my husband‘s 40th birthday party here last night. When I say he had the time of his life that is an understatement. Everyone was so kind. The service was amazing. They made sure he had the best birthday food was set up beautifully …drinks were phenomenal. It was the absolute perfect night. The views are spectacular special thanks to Amy for helping me coordinate! Lighting and ambiance was so pretty! Everyone had enough space to walk around and mingle in the area that we reserved. Highly recommend!

So me and my girl came here to get a few drinks and watch the sunset we find a small area at the bar to squeeze into the bartender is cool no problems we order 2 cocktails for $40 and tip him $5 a few minutes go by the bar gets more crowded so I get up to grab a chair and make some space for a group of girls standing right by me when I go to sit down I accidentally knock over my drink and the glass breaks and my girls glass breaks im apologetic and literally picking up the glass from the bar ...neither the bar tender or bar back say anything to us the bar back takes the glass I collected and throws it away the bartender starts picking up stuff from behind the bar that could get wet and starts slamming it down in front of us with a attitude(still hasn't said word to us or wiped up the ice/spilled drink) so we sit there for another 5 minutes with the spilled drink and ice literally sitting in front of us melting at this point still no words said to us he just goes back to making drinks for the other customers so we finally get the point and get up and leave ...was really surprised to get treated like that over a accident idk if it was because we were a interracial couple or he was just having a bad night but I hope he can figure it out was definitely embarrassing on his part the other guest definitely took notice

I had heard M. Bird mentioned as a great place but I was severely disappointed. Not able to get a good table with a view (even with reservations) because they had 2 “events”. Our waitress was a bit slow although it wasn't busy and our food came out at 2 different times so the first served were finished by the time remaining meals came out. It was explained to us that it is tapas style but our plates were not shareable. The food & drinks were good but absolutely not worth the money. The restaurant is very pricey and not a value at all.
Brought party of 7 and was told we can sit anywhere so picked 1 spot after we waited for awhile to be seated. After being told to order and sit in open area, we did just that. We ordered several drinks and as we started enjoy our drinks, not too soon after the waitress came by to kick us out because they have a reservation coming. So we moved to another spot and less than 15 min, exact same waitress came and told us the same thing to move because she had a reservation coming.
What kind of crappy service is this? We ordered plenty of drinks, spent good amount of money with nice huge tip for the bartender yet she made it absolutelydifficult to enjoy our time. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND spending any money or time here. Total embarrassment for brining my guests here.
To the management, highly recommend your POLICY to be reviewed or Retrain your staff. Please feel free to call your staff and share this POOR service experience.

Was visiting Tampa with friends and had a reservation for a birthday. We got there and the staff talked about how they put someone at our table that we had reserved in front of us and then proceeded to sit us in a cold dark corner with no heaters. They told us we could sit on a couch that didn't fit all 6 of us, or pay a minimum of 1000 dollars for a bottles table. Then we sat on the couch and never saw a waiter for upwards of 15 minutes and left. Very upsetting considering we were from out of town and wanted to try it out. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here.

The environment is very energetic and live. My wife and I went for a drink and had a blast. Lots of people came out and had a good time as well. The music was mainly techno mix and the appetizers were properly portioned. I would revisit again.

We had an amazing server and the atmosphere was amazing!! Drinks were great we had an issue with the truffle fries but our amazing server fixed the issue immediately!! The biggest issue I had was we were constantly being told my a man(another customer)to stop talking and behaving in a certain way. It completely ruined our night and felt targeted as I was with many gay people. It made us super uncomfortable and we left earlier than we wanted to stay.
