We all literally couldn’t stop eating it.
The cake was minimally decorated (as requested), light, FRESH, and the icing was perfect! No gritty or gummy feeling in mouth. Very well prepared.
One half pound cake was filled with tres leche; the other half pound filled with pineapple. Both were delicious, but we preferred the pineapple. ?
Buying again very soon! Who needs to wait for a birthday. ☺️
